Noisy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed 6/15/25. Started making a suction/rattling noise intermittently 3 months later. At 4 months old, The suction/rattling noise is constant, in addition to a loud clicking.

Not A Reliable Product
Unit is one year old + 3 months - just enough time to be out of warranty. Not reliable as it doesn't run continuously, cuts off and will only restart if I disconnect it from the power and let it sit for an hour. I tried setting the timer for 24 hours and it still cuts off intermittently. I did verify that "ECO" mode is off. Sometimes it will run for a couple of days, but when it starts its' "intermittent" thing it will cut off and on at will and is really aggravating on hot days/nights.

Buyer Beware - not reliable!
Buyer Beware - piece of junk. bought mine at Wallyworld last summer and worked fine for the rest of that year, Now it only works when it wants to, like having a mind of its' own. Doesn't matter if the timer is set or not, it just cuts on and off at will. Sometimes it will work for an entire day, and then just shuts off for no reason and when it does decide to come back on the temperature has changed so it has to be reset. Most likely a piece of crap Chinese control board.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product is incredible, i definately recomment. First off, it is the perfect size, it is true to sie and fits accoordingly. I am an amateur at installing stuff and it surprisingly did not take me that long. The instructions are pretty straightforward which I enjoyed. It was pretty simple. As for the product itself, it works great. The air it sends is super cold and fast. I was amazed by the quality. It is adjstable and easy to work with. I love that it is a smart conditioner since i am pretty tech savvy. definately recommend this product.

Love it so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sister-in-law had an ancient air conditioner that cooled her whole downstairs, but was not very energy efficient and was slowly falling apart. So, I decided to get her this 14,000 BTU Smart Window Air Conditioner as a replacement. Love that it's energy efficient, which is a big deal these days with electricity being so high. It's well constructed and also HEAVY so it might require more than one person to install. It's not super hot in our region of the country at the moment, but she's tested it out and says it seems to work very well for her space. I'm a sucker for built-in smart technology features and think the voice integration with Google and Alexa is a really neat bonus feature.

Works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in the south, so even in winter we still need the AC sometimes. This does great at keeping multiple rooms in my house cool. It's not very loud, and i actually love the fact that it is wifi enabled so it can be controlled from my phone when I'm feeling too lazy to actually get to and change the temperature or turn it off. Easy to set up and get started using quickly. Overall great unit and works excellent.

It’s a smart one which I had set it up using my Amazon Alexa, and I love it because I can be lazy and just say Alexa turn my ac on. Also it does come with a remote if needed. But the best part is the washable filter because they can be used over and over again.

Cooling Comfort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TCL 14,000 BTU Smart Window Air Conditioner makes my Summers alot more comfortable. It cools quickly and efficiently. It's Eco friendly and that's a huge thing for me. The app and voice control feature has been an excellent addition. When my power goes out, the air conditioner turns back on when the power cuts back on. The dust filter is washable and reusable. The remote control I can keep close to me to adjust the temperature to my choosing. Installing it does take at least 2 people. I am very pleased with my unit and I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my review for our TCL - 14,000 BTU Smart Window AC - White (E-Star). This air conditioning unit seems to be very well made. It is a pretty heavy unit, but not super bulky. It works amazingly well. We weren't able to put it in the window yet (ny winter), but we were so excited that we took it out if the box and tried it on the table. It immediately blows ice cold air. Lots of options. I love the digital display and the fact that it has a remote and an app so you dont have to leave it running all day and you have the convenienceof not having to get up to change the settings. When you put it in the window and extend the accordion sides to fill in the window gap, this ac unit came with foam to slide into the accordion pieces for more insulation. This unit seems to be very, very well made and came amazingly packaged. I have no doubt this will cool my entire 1st floor of my home and it will be way more energy efficientthan out old AC unit. I cant wait for summer so we can really enjoy it.
