Started great, now it won't stay on longer than a second. Tried changing filters, tried changing batteries, tried various positions and ports for the dock. Cleaning tools are NOT allowed to be this useless in the household, and I won't keep anything that shuts off by itself mid use.

This handheld vacuum is small but mighty! Perfect for quick cleanups around the kitchen, in the car, or even after the pups track in dirt. I was expecting better out of this little vacuum. I have been a Shark owner for 20 years. I wouldn't own any other vacuum. That's why I purchased this. It doesn't hold a charge, and suction isn't what I'm used to with my other Sharks. Wouldn't purchase again.

The cordless wand works well on flooring and poorly on thick carpeting. I have not tried to use it in the car as yet because it has been to cold.

I bought this bc I have an upright that I love from Shark- unfortunately the WandVac is not holding up to the standards and expectations of the Shark name. The main problem I had is the debris bin- super small and flawed bc I would have to take out the filter every time due to debris being stuck behind it. The battery doesn’t hold a charge well and you would think that with the suction it would be able to pick up without multiple times of going over the same spot - but you’d be wrong.
