[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AC is quiet when the condenser is running compared to other models but I think mine might be defective or have an issur. When the fan is running with no condenser, its quite loud and makes an annoying hum that is louder than my air purifier at full blast and can be heard across my room. Ive confirmed its not vibration or the condenser, so unsure if its the fan motor, design, or bearing. Will update if I fix issue

I researched extensively for such a unit since the window was in the lower level of my home and on the active driveway side. Therefore it poses no pertruding hazard to my vehicles. It’s a trusted brand of appliances l have bought for over forty Years knowing that there would be a certain level of quality in the product. A little noisy on the highest speed but nothing excessive. Overall a good performance product.
