Not What I Thought I Was Getting
Not what I was expecting. There was an interesting essential oil smell coming out of the box. It's a dull, rough, unpolished wood. something definitely cheap that probably belongs more in the garage than in the house.

Beautiful, but residue
This bench is absolutely beautiful and simple to assemble! My only issue is that the wood is COVERED in residue (my hands were filthy after putting it together). I got most of it off with a wood cleaner, but I am still afraid it will stain clothing. I purchased a seat cushion for the top to be safe.
