Wrong temperature
These are definitely not 2700k. The light is much more blue than the 2700k bulbs I was replacing and the others I have in my home. They're also not super bright. All in all a bad product I'll have to replace.

Too pink
I don't like the standard 2700K "warm white" LED lights, they are too yellow and feel "dim" even though the lumens is probably correct. I prefer 3000K "bright white" lights which are hard to find. I tried these Reveal lights which are 2850K color temp. However, they also give a noticeably pink cast to everything. Maybe it won't matter for you, but living room has bright white plantation shutters and these lights make them look noticeably pink. Definitely worth trying, if you don't like the standard cheapo 2700K or 5000K lights from the big box stores, but keep your receipt in case they are too pink for you.

They are very bright with a yellowish glow and are cool to the touch after being on for several minutes. I'll be replacing more bulbs with these.

Illuminating Difference

The color is a really nice warm yellow, and the brightness is far beyond that of the halogen bulbs they were replacing. My kitchen is so bright again, I need sunglasses. Great product. Love the fact that they offer a 2-pack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have so many light fixtures in our house, and its overwhelming with how much we keep spending on bulbs. We've slowly been trying to upgrade all of our bulbs to HD LED. These bulbs were easy to install, I love that the base has a different texture. The texture makes it easy to hold so it doesn't slip around while trying to install. As to the bulb itself, its bright yet a warm hue so its not blinding and they're still as bright as the day I installed them.

Lights up my backyard beautifully
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really found the 1W replacement LED to be a good light for lighting my large backyard. I did try it in other locations within my home but I found the light to be too bright for inside due to the sizes of the rooms. It has a soft hue to the light that it nice. It was very easy to install and I did like that it may also fuction with light dimmer switches. I would recommend this light for people with a medium to large size home if using inside due to its brightness or anywhere outside the home.

Too cold for kitchen island
These replaced flood lights over the kitchen island. The light was too cold for me. Even the kids came down and said, yikes—creepy. Like, in a hospital or garage, they would have been fine. I got the same brand in soft white and they were much better. I have other “normal” old school can lights (recessed lighting) in the rest of the kitchen and the soft white matched those better.
