Product is effective but pills are huge, they are extremely hard to swallow and easily become stuck inthe throat despite copious amounts of water. I am an average size person and every time it's a challenge.

I tried a few other soy products this one is the best so far. Also, it's organic. I like also that I can even take only half if I prefer to spread out doses.
