Use the tips & visuals in this guide to make taking your child's body measurements easy-peasy.

Don’t have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Standing with feet together and back to a wall. Measure from floor to the top of the head.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

    Quick, easy meal

Food was all over her hair. It was a quick and easy meal for my husband to make as he works from home. The nutritional values were horrible for a microwavable meal either.

    Good

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is delicious, lots of tasty rice and chicken with corn. It's ruined by the side vegetables which are sparse, very messy and mostly water. There's literally like only a teaspoon of bits of carrot and peas. The dish would be much better if everything was included in the same bowl.

    Toddler approved

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My toddler was so excited when I asked him if he wanted this meal for lunch. He loves chicken and he loves rice, but I wasn’t sure how he would do with the vegetables. He ended up loving it! And ate nearly all of it. It’s a quick, easy meal with easy to follow instructions. I find it might be worth having a couple on hand for those busy mom nights when you forget dinner time is approaching quickly.

    Picky eater didn’t enjoy

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son wasn’t too happy when he saw me make him this for dinner. He’s a picky 2 year old that seems to have trouble opening up to new things. The nutritional value is well worth the attempt though! The texture is also a little mushy which is great for younger babies but sometimes not for picky eaters.

    Disappointed

I was actually excited about it because the picture looked great the nutrition label looked real good too with the protein being 7g. But I was sadly disappointed.

    Not for daily consumption- perfect for emergency t

Food is definitely very good quality and great amount for kids till age 8. If your kid is like bit plan food this is perfect. I don’t know why , I don’t like the veggies how they are in some water . I don’t personally recommend to kids.

    Quick and easy toddler meal

    Starter meal

My hold ups with this product is I can only imagine the amount of preservatives used to keep this a shelf product. My 1 year old wasn’t the biggest fan of the meal overall but I’m going to contribute that to the fact that he’s never had “baby food” from the stores. It’s always been fresh, cooked foods.

Healthy with protein and vegetable all together for toddlers. However, neither of my kids really enjoyed eating the product. It seemed as though it didn’t have a lot of flavor to it. I know it’s for smaller children, but a little bit more flavor would have done it so much better. We will try out some of the other meals to see if they are any different.

Now these would work as an intro to these types of food for a toddler not already use to big flavors. The ingredients and nutrition are great.
