Use the tips & visuals in this guide to make taking your child's body measurements easy-peasy.

Don’t have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Standing with feet together and back to a wall. Measure from floor to the top of the head.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

I was actually excited about it because the picture looked great the nutrition label looked real good too with the protein being 7g. But I was sadly disappointed.

However it wasn't something I myself wanted to try based on how it looked. The protein content and veggies were good, nutrition wise. My toddler liked the rice best of course. I smooshed the peas so they wouldn't be a choking hazard.

My hold ups with this product is I can only imagine the amount of preservatives used to keep this a shelf product. My 1 year old wasn’t the biggest fan of the meal overall but I’m going to contribute that to the fact that he’s never had “baby food” from the stores. It’s always been fresh, cooked foods.

Healthy with protein and vegetable all together for toddlers. However, neither of my kids really enjoyed eating the product. It seemed as though it didn’t have a lot of flavor to it. I know it’s for smaller children, but a little bit more flavor would have done it so much better. We will try out some of the other meals to see if they are any different.

Now these would work as an intro to these types of food for a toddler not already use to big flavors. The ingredients and nutrition are great.

The portions were enough for lunch for my toddler, however he did not like the texture of the chicken and rice. The flavors were not fresh, however the ingredients and nutritional value offered allow this to be a good option for my family when we are on the go. I would try other flavors to see if my child tolerated it better.

I was able to get her to try a few bites. It was easy to warm up and I think should make meals easier with a like one. The ingredients are not too bad and I felt like the fiber and protein content was a good amount for the meal. However, the pictures on the packaging are a lot more appealing than the actual meal itself. Food was more runny and mushy even though I drained off the excess liquid. My 2 year old was not interested at all. My 4 year old said it was good but would only take one bite. I (mom) sampled the meal and to me it tasted similar to canned chicken soup. Taste was not bad but I probably won’t purchase again as my kids were not interested in it.

My toddler can be real picky, but she actually ate this—willingly. The portion size is toddler-perfect, and it was super convenient for a no-fuss lunch. I like that it has protein, veggies, and carbs all in one, and it didn’t smell weird or overly processed like some other toddler meals. Only reason it’s not a full five stars is I wish the texture was just a little more like homemade. But for a busy parent win? Definitely adding this to the rotation.
