[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually really good. It does taste a lot like a Cinnabon cinnamon roll. It’s rich, creamy, and has a good amount of sweetness. It takes a little bit to get it to a smooth consistency. However, you only receive a little more than half of the container full of protein powder. This would be more worth the money if it was actually full.

It’s a great way to replace a meal. The powder mixes really well. I recommend this protein shake for a pre-work out.

It’s formulated with a blend of whey protein isolate, concentrate, and hydrolyzed whey, and contains only 1 gram of sugar and 4 grams of carbs per scoop. The powder generally mixes well with both water and milk, resulting in a smooth texture without clumps. Mixes well with other beverages or as a part of a shake with fruits. My bottle didn’t last me long and definitely will be repurchasing. Fantastic quality!

The taste was spot on to cinnabon, a little on the sweeter side so I added more water. It mixed easily in my blender bottle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the GHOST x Cinnabon Whey Protein Powder and was pleasantly surprised by how well it mixed with just water in a shaker bottle. There was absolutely no chalky texture. A scoop was conveniently included in the tub. The flavor has a slight hint of the Cinnabon taste, which was nice, but I personally would have liked it to be a bit sweeter to really capture that indulgent cinnamon roll taste. The main downside for me was the slight artificial sugar aftertaste it’s not overwhelming, but definitely noticeable. Because of that lingering aftertaste, I deducted a star. I’m sure the flavor would change possibly for the better if mixed with milk or added to a smoothie, so I’ll try that in the future. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable protein shake, and I’d consider using it again, especially when I want something quick and easy after a workout that still feels like a treat.

For my part, I love the taste of this protein powder. The protein to calorie ratio is amazing. It is easy to add to smoothies or just drink with some milk or milk alternative. I personally don’t like using water with my protein powder so I am not sure how it would taste with that. This is a solid choice for protein powders.

It really does taste like a cinnamon bun. It makes your protein shakes nice and thick and it’s a good value for the amount of product. You get. my only negative is there are a few ingredients that I wish were a little bit more on the but overall, this is a good solid protein powder. With great taste.

I was excited to try this! It's sweet, but good. I mix it with my coffee in the morning. I recommend not adding any other flavoring or sweetner if you're already drinking flavored coffee because the sweetness will be too much. For some reason, WHEY messes with my anxiety so I have to take anxiety meds whenever I drink this. Still worth it lol.
