Absolutely horrible quality. What's strange is if I buy these exact bags on Amazon or Giant I get a high quality version. These ones were glued together and immediately tore upon opening. They're so flimsy and thin that not even some clothes for donation can be held. I won't be buying these ever again and will be returning them asap.

Not Targets fault but have to give one star because Glad quality control failed. As others are saying, the bags are perforated at the top and completely defective. Complete waste of two rolls and I can't return because I broke down the box to fit in my cupboard better. CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE USING!

I used to give these 5 stars until they discontinued them and came out with an obviously changed version of them. The quality is definitely not as good, the bag does not fit quite the same and they tend to tear at the top easily and they put less in the box and raised the price. I would have been fine with paying the same amount for fewer bags if they had left the quality alone.
