these are NOT the same quality Glad trash bags i have bought before. they are VERY thin and tear easily. i have filled 4 bags of garbage but had to put each into a second bag because all 4 tore. incredibly wasteful for $20!! DO NOT BUY THESE BAGS!!!

These garbage bags do not stretch well and constantly tear. I have to consciously remember not to fill them all the way otherwise they tear when I pulled them out of the can. I won’t be buying these again.

Ties not secured to bag

As previous people have posted my roll of bags started out normally but the last five bags the black tie wasn’t secured to the bag rendering the ties useless.

They Leak

The bags leak. If you like cleaning your trash can that has garbage juice in the bottom of the can go ahead and buy them. A combination of the bright ideas of liberal politicians putting unreasonable guidelines on all products pushing them to their "technically feasible limits" to meet unrealistic environmental guidelines that they dream up and the greed of companies outsourcing manufacturing and raw materials has caused the quality of everything we buy to suck. Everybody knows that all products were better prior to the mid 2000's and about every 6 years they roll out even more idiotic mandates. Enjoy it.

Marketing is not matching what is in the box!

Did something change with these? They are thin, rip at the slightest tug, absolutely not worth the price. Definitely not two layers of protection when I can see my hand through the bag.

Thin, weak, and too expensive!

I bought the Glad brand thinking these would be more rip-resistant and stronger than generic bags. I was wrong. These are extremely expensive, and far thinner and weaker than most other generic trash bags I've used. These rip very easily and get trash everywhere when they do. Do not waste your money!

I don't know if they changed these or if I got a defective box, but these have a perforation all along the top on one side that rip apart even if you only fill the bag 2/3 of the way. Insane choice if it is one. Unusable.

What happened to Glad??

These are some of the worst quality garbage bags I have ever used in my life. We’ve been using Kirkland brand for a handful of years, but I bought these on a whim on a Target run and wow, what a mistake. Glad used to be the best you could get. You probably can’t even put an empty gallon jug in these bags without them ripping wide open. They are terrible!

Shockingly Thin and Punctures Easily!

I assumed because Glad is a trusted household brand, their kitchen trash bags would rival, or at least meet the quality of the brand of trash bags I ran out. Was shocked to see how disturbingly thin the plastic was when I pulled out a bag. Decided to give it a try anyways and when the bag started getting full with various empty cartons, holes started appearing from the corners of empty cartons poking through. Mad! >:-(
