I find the bags do a great job at being leakproof and they fit a lot of garbage. I haven’t had issues with them splitting or the ties breaking. They have held up and worked very well for us. The only criticism I have is that I do not like the strong scent. If you like scented garbage bags then these would be good for you to try. I, personally, would prefer a version with the odor shield that don’t smell like fake perfume. I’m not sure if they have an unscented version, but that would be preferred in our household. Overall I do recommend this product if the scent won’t bother you. The bags seem good and strong as advertised.

I noticed there’s a light scent so if you like trash bags with a stronger scent this one might not be for you, but if you need something resistant this will be perfect for you

Wasn’t sure I believed that they would work to control odor or that they were more durable than other Glad bags that I have tried, but they are! There was no tearing of the bag even from the pedal lift mechanism in my kitchen trash can. I also don’t have to take the trash out until it is full, no matter what is in the bag, no odor issues making me take out half full bags. The only negative is that to get more after my trial box, the price is a little higher than a typical trash bag but ‘you get what you pay for.’

They're pretty strong (although not quite as strong as others, I see small rips when I fill the bag too much), fit nicely in my trash can, and actually do help with the smell of garbage! I can imagine these being great for anywhere that needs to store tied bags without choking out the whole block. They also claim to use less plastic than other brands, so bonus points there!

I was so disappointed! These are the proper size for this can. Just a simple tug and and tore! Don’t advertise max strength and be a wimpy bag with the rest of them!
