Q: Hi, I'd like to replace the spout (it feels very flimsy and I don't like the look of plastic), but I can't find any information about the size of the opening. Can you tell me what the opening size is so I can get the correct replacement spigot?

This product is horrible. It leaks all over and the fruit from the pinch got sucked into the dispenser. We couldn’t clear it and it wouldn’t pour. Terrible experience.

it looks super cute! and is great for making sun tea! however after 3 or 4 different batches, it started leaking. before it would only leak if the spigot wasn’t closed tight enough, which makes sense, but it was closed tightly and leaked all over my fridge. and like others have said, it doesn’t fully seal and you do have to tip it once you get close to the bottom to get the liquid out.

It was great the one time I got to use it. But then I didn’t use it for a while, had it properly stored, took it out to use it for the second time only, & the spout handle broke right off with barely any force at all. Very disappointed, as I only got to use it once before it busted.

I love this dispenser. I bought two for a baby shower. I added strawberry, limes and mint with the water to one and lemonade, watermelon and lemon slices to the other. It was beautiful and worked very well. I received so many compliments. It is delicate and light weight, so you must be careful with it. It is meant for cold beverages only and not meant to be a dispenser for hot liquids, laundry detergents, oils or liquid soaps. The spout will probably leak or break if you try that. Wash by hand with lukewarm water. May not be great around a lot of kids because it is pretty delicate.

Definitely eye-catching the top doesn't have a silicone or sealing material to keep the wooden lid airtight. Also, if the liquid gets low to where the dispenser is you have to hold and tilt it just to get the remaining liquid out.

I bought four to use in my laundry. What a bad decision. After a month of using, the spout started leaking and made a mess. I’m so afraid the others will do the same, that I switched them out with another container. After really looking at it I can now see they are poorly made.

We have two of these. They worked perfectly for a shower, I plan on using them for a graduation party. No leaking. They don't come with risers, but it's easy to use a pot or find some other sort of base. Be creative.
