only fits specific shopping carts like target carts. not “universal” at all. tried it on an HEB cart (does not have a high backed seat) and it was pointless. the cover doesn’t cover the sides and slipped around and completely off by the end of our thirty min shopping trip.

Back is Too Small
I tried this at two different stores and the back was too small to fit on the shopping cart. It’s made to fit smaller shopping carts like they have at Target. If you shop anywhere that has a wider cart it won’t fit and isn’t safe.

Easy to clean
This is a 2&1 shopping cart in high chair. Mine was in a lovely gray and white color. Very easy to wash no shrinkage at all. Materials are very soft and comfortable and can be used as stated in either a high chair or a shopping cart cover. It's very easy to put into a shopping cart and it has adjustable straps for your child's chest and waist area to keep them safe in a shopping cart.

Shopping cart cover
I was so excited to have received this for free in exchange, for my honest opinion. Shopping with my son and knowing he has a comfortable and clean place to sit. I love the handle cover and the seat belt attachment. Most store seat belt barely work or fit. My favorite is the phone holder and my son can enjoy some kids app while I shop. I highly recommend.

Protective Barrier, Keeps Little Ones Clean & Comfy.
