Gold Bond Age Defense Hand and Body Lotion Ultimate Crepe Corrector Unscented

Much like everyone else I am experiencing welts and itchy rash on my face from using this product. Please do something about this Goldbond! Pull this off the shelves!

I have used this product before; however, they must have changed the product. I too developed a rash that would not go away. I went to my dermatologist, she gave me a steroid cream, and I stopped using all products on my skin until it cleared. I then started introducing Gold Bond Crepe Corrector and bam blotches and welts on both arms.

I see that I'm not the only one with this problem! I used this product for months with no issues and I was impressed with how well it works. A few weeks ago I started a new bottle and got an itchy rash all over. Laid off of lotion for a few weeks and my skin mostly cleared up. I used it last night and within hours the welts and itch returned. Definitely the lotion.

I had been using the old version of this for awhile and love it but there is something wrong with the new formulation. It caused a terrible itchy rash. It burns. It feels like a chemical burn. I came across many reviews stating the same thing. This needs to be pulled from shelves asap.

They changed the formula. DO NOT BUY! It broke me out in a painful itchy rash. It feels sooo painful. It feels like a chemical burn.

I only received this a few days ago but honestly I saw some results immediately. Can't wait to see more results.

This works so well, but after I used it (did formula change?) I experience little itchy circular welts. I really didn’t want it to be this lotion, but after a process of elimination, it is. I don’t think it’s really hypoallergenic. The bottle doesn’t say it is. I REALLY wanted to like this because it works! But I’m ankle to shoulder covered in itchy patches of contact dermatitis.

I have tried this now 3 separate times and the end result is a rash and bumps all over the area I applied it to. It takes about a week to go away and I apply Benadryl lotion to sooth the area. I love gold bond products so I was a believer. However, I am unable to continue using it. My skin is not at all sensitive so surprised by my reaction to this lotion. I will keep using the other lotions like age renew, the bold lotion and the one for your feet as I swear by them.

I have used this before. Very good item. Is there a time that this specific item goes on sale. I am 78 years old and live on ss. Money is tight is there a sample you can send

I've used this lotion intermittently for a few years, in the last few months I started breaking out in a very itchy rash with raised welts that require a few nights of taking Benadryl and prescription cortisone cream, ice, and witch hazel to quell the itch. I knew this was an allergic reaction, going through the process of elimination to determine the source, unfortunately its the Gold Bond Crepe Corrector! I am not terribly sensitive to skin products, this was like a chemical burn in some areas and the itch is horrific, I threw a brand new tube in the trash, and now I am gun shy about using any other Gold Bond products. After researching other reviews, feel this should be investigated and tested.

I’ve bought and used this product in the past with no issue, but I’ve just discovered it is the cause of the itchy rash on the inside of both elbows. It happened the 1st time at the beginning of September. I quit using it, and started again a couple of weeks ago. Same rash appeared. Stopped and started once more with the same result. Not sure if the formula changed since I have used it before with no problems. Won’t be using it again though because this rash is unbearable.

Developed bumps on my arms and neck very itchy and burning. I couldn’t sleep without taking Benadryl. Can I get my money back?

Just bought this product and developed a rash all over my body, small, very itchy bumps everywhere. Extremely disappointing. I will throw out both bottles I bought, what a waste of money

Finally!!! I figured out that it is this product making me itch! OMG! I'm a healthcare provider and it's a humbling experience when you cannot figure out what is making you itch-- I never would have believed it was this lotion. It didn't seem to bother my hands as much but I wash my hands constantly. The places that were the most affected-- my legs, abdomen and breasts were places that I slathered the lotion on after a hot bath and headed into work for a 12-14 hour shift. By the end of the shift I was itching like crazy. Those places were left undisturbed, thus the lotion stayed in place until I got home at night, repeated the shower and lotion process and woke itching everywhere. Please, Gold Bond research what ingredient could be causing this! I've never reacted to any other product like EXCEPT for Ivory soap when I was in grade school....hmmm same ingredient cross reference? What a waste of time and money-- Thank you-

I saw no visible difference or improvement after using the entire product. It did moisturize as a lotion.

After using this product on my arms, I broke out in huge red lumps. The first time I used it I mistakenly thought it was a reaction to the flu shot I had had that day. However, the same reaction occurred the second time I used it. Be where!!

other reviewers are correct. I also experienced a horrible itchy rash that led to red welts. I now have dark marks all over my neck and chest. My ordeal led to a Dermatologist visit. My skin looked burned. My tube did not have an ingredient list! And my Dermatologist could not identify the allergan. It does need to be banned.

I suffered a rash and terrible iching after using this product for 2 weeks. It needs to be taken off the market after reading several same like reviews.

Sadly the formula has changed since the Crepe Corrector was originally released. Loved the original one but the skin on my inner elbow is overly sensitive to this one. The ingredients have changed so I’ll chalk it up to that. It also does not seem nearly as effective as the original formula.
