Gold Bond Age Renew Hand and Body Lotion Ultimate Crepe Corrector - Unscented

I bought this a few months ago and it seemed to really smoothe out my skin (I'm 60). But after a short time I started having severe hives, rashes, itches on my chest and stomach, piercing neddles on my arms. I stopped using everything that could be possibly causing this, including this lotion. All my allergic reactions dissapeared. Yesterday I used this lotion for the first time again in months and woke up this mornimng with all the allergy symptoms again. Nope - in the trash it goes. Such a pity as I liked the smell and the feel of product and it really helped with my wrinkly skin.

You read the title...HIGHLY recommend this product.

It worked amazingly well…and then gave me an itchy red rash all over my neck, chest and arms. I’m really sad because it truly did correct my crepey neck skin after weight loss :(

I’ve not had much luck finding a lotion that I don’t have to apply multiple times a day. This lotion has been a game changer. My Dr actually recommended this. Absorption is amazing, finally not so self conscious of my legs. They look really good. Very happy for the first time in years!

This definitely worked!! I used it on my legs and have noticed results within one bottle use. I did not experience an allergic reaction. The price is a little steeper than I would like, but if you want smooth skin, it is worth every penny.

After a single use, I experienced one of the worst adverse reactions I’ve ever had. Intense burning, redness, itchiness, swelling, welts, hives - at every place this lotion touched. Currently on day 4 of this, requiring antihistamines around the clock. I’ve never had issues with any of the other Gold Bond products I’ve used before, but now I’m afraid to use any of them again. It’s not worth the chance of another reaction like this.

I bought this and also bought it for 4 of my friends. We all tried it. It does nothing to help crepey skin. It's just a body cream so don't have expectations. And it is more expensive that just normal body cream.

They changed the formula. DO NOT BUY! It broke me out in a painful itchy rash. It feels sooo painful. It feels like a chemical burn.

Developed bumps on my arms and neck very itchy and burning. I couldn’t sleep without taking Benadryl. Can I get my money back?

I saw no visible difference or improvement after using the entire product. It did moisturize as a lotion.

other reviewers are correct. I also experienced a horrible itchy rash that led to red welts. I now have dark marks all over my neck and chest. My ordeal led to a Dermatologist visit. My skin looked burned. My tube did not have an ingredient list! And my Dermatologist could not identify the allergan. It does need to be banned.

Sadly the formula has changed since the Crepe Corrector was originally released. Loved the original one but the skin on my inner elbow is overly sensitive to this one. The ingredients have changed so I’ll chalk it up to that. It also does not seem nearly as effective as the original formula.

Sadly I have experienced a horrible allergic reaction to this Hypoallergenic product. It has taken me months to figure out what product was causing this reaction. I had to complete a process of elimination and because I would apply this to my face, neck and rub the excess into my hands, this was the last product I thought was the culprit, because oddly enough, my hands did not have a reaction. It wasn't until I stripped my skincare down to 2 products that I have determined it's this product. I had swollen eyes, severe burning scaly peeling rash and hives. After stripping everything down and only using my face wash and CeraVe, my skin began to look and feel better. So I started reintroducing products. The first day or using this again I had severe itching and where I was previously "burnt" went extremely red, raw and actually was oozing. I'm so disappointed as based on other reviews, people were having amazing results. Not sure if it's a bad batch, please investigate these claims. I have never had a reaction like this to ANY product, but now I have weeks of healing again, just from reintroducing for less than 6 hours. The reaction didn't start right away, it kicked in and escalated around hour 5 and by the time I could get home and get it off my skin it had caused peeling, oozing, itching, swelling and REDNESS. Please investigate.

I like that it is unscented and not sticky. I am currently using on my neck and chest. I love Gold Bond products. I have sensitive skin and it’s great. Hoping for less wrinkles over time.

Awful rash after using just once, my skin is itchy and painful - I do t have sensitive skin and I’ve used all lotions from cheap to pricey. Never experienced this.

I started using 5 days ago and already I see minimal progress. It says 2 weeks. But I do see it! I am 70 years old so ancient but I lost 65 pounds. Hello crepe. Now I want to buy it in gallon jugs! lol. I will update as time goes by. Here’s hoping with a little excessive ( and I mean little) it will diminish with the cream. I’m hopeful and excited, even using on my face, great moisturizer!

I bought this product at Target hoping to help my crept skin on my arms. First time using it I broke out on a red rash all up and down the arms. It was so itchy. I used cortisone cream and after a couple of days the rash and itching lessened. My arms still have the bumps from where the rash was . Thankfully Target refunded me as I won’t use it anymore.

I am in dilemma whether I should rate this as I am still exploring how it achieves the desired outcome. It may work on some but not all. The lotion is very creamy, it will hold up for about few hours. I recommend anyone to explore on your own.
