Be assured we're sharing your comments with the rest of our team. If you were not aware already, our Curl Defining Pudding is to be used on damp hair or dry hair. Starting with a nickel size amount of pudding, rub in palm. Section hair and distribute evenly from root to tip. You can reactivate product by spritzing hair with water.

I have only one problem with the curl defining pudding and it’s a huge one! It smells good and defines my curls but once it’s dry, it looks like the main ingredient is elmers glue! If only it weren’t so white and visibly flaky. I’m talking the same day not day two. After it dries it have to rinse my twist outs.

I have been natural for a long time now. My hair is truly 4c very kinky. The gold series pudding is the best product I have ever used to achieve a real wash n go. Please don’t change the ingredients bc that’s going to effect whether I continue to buy. So far so good. Thank You Pantene! I’m loving my hair after using this product.

I love the products and will try to stick with using them but the curl defining pudding causes my hair to be flaky like I have really bad dandruff in which I have never had.

This product didn't control frizz or define curls very well--and added too much shine. I also tried using the "butter" moisturizer mixed in with this pudding for curls (hoping to get rid of more frizz). Big mistake!! I still had frizz, the curls still didn't appear defined...and my hair was so "shiny" it looked oily. I much preferred the combing creme that seems to have been discontinued.

Great news, Jean! We still offer our Combing Creme but it's not called our Smoothing Combing Creme that is under our Smooth & Sleek Collection. We'd hope you would get the same, great results with our Curl Defining Pudding but we're sorry to hear this wasn't the case. It may be helpful to know that this particular product is designed for dry, damaged hair and will give you the best look with this hair type. As a tip, we suggest distributing the product evenly throughout the lengths of your hair, and reactivating the pudding by spritzing your hair with water. I have never written a review for any product. THIS Co wash was so amazing it made me purchase the rest of the collection. My hair felt so soft and conditioned. I plan on using this product as my main produCT for me and my daughter of African decent.

We are both natural and it makes our curls pop and bounce all over the place. Also while leaving an amazing shine on our hair and a very wonderful smell. It's a white thick and creamy custard that's silky smooth. Has a great feel to it. It also helped to detangle my hair as I combed through it. Very good product. I love it.

While wet, the curls were defined, well managed and stretched, when her hair dried it was a big, poufy, frizzy dry mess. I was so disappointed. It also left a slightly ashy residue in her hair. I'm going to give it another shot before I completely write it off but so far, I have not been pleased with the "after".
