I have a problem. I can remember on more than one occasion I have opened a bag of goldfish and consumed the ENTIRE thing in ONE sitting. I don’t know why I can’t stop, but these are so easy to eat mindlessly. Be present and in the moment, or you might find yourself with an empty bag of goldfish after having just opened them.

I do not notice a difference between the regular cheddar flavor gold fish and the whole wheat baked cheddar flavor gold fish. So that’s a plus. They are a tasty treat. I use them for my daughters snack at school. Kids and adults love them!
