These were all stuck together and kind of slimy when first opened. The smell was off-putting, and to be honest, I couldn't even handle the taste. Awful experience.

I was excited to try these because although I really like vegetables, I don't always get in my required servings every day, and I thought this would be an easy way to supplement my veggie-light meals. But the gummies are very sticky (I live in a hot climate, so I thought maybe they had melted a little bit on the way home.) They also have a pretty strong smell and taste - kind of sweet but hard to describe. I tried putting them in the fridge to take away the "sticky" factor, Food texture is a big thing with me - so if that bothers you, you may want to pass on these.

Goli gummies are made with pectin instead of gelatin, which is why the texture may change depending on the environment the gummies are stored in. I started these gummies four days ago and my stomach health improved almost immediately! The taste is not terrible either. When products are truly organic, the taste can be bitter sometimes. That's how you can tell it's authentic. I highly recommend these gummies to boost energy and healthy gut health!
