Description
The 80 oz Clear Clamshell Container is a versatile and durable food container made in the USA from plant-based Polylactic Acid (PLA), a resin derived from corn starch. This crystal-clear, crush-resistant, and stackable container is ideal for salads, pasta, fruits, vegetables, sandwiches, and cold entrees. Certified compostable by BPI and CMA per ASTM D6400, it will compost within 180 days in a commercial composting facility where accepted. Made with good-natured TFF02000 bio-based material per ASTM D6866 testing and containing no added PFAS, this container can be refrigerated and frozen. Note: PLA begins to melt at 105° F; store out of direct sunlight.
