A: Hi Marie, the 9x5 loaf pan will hold 2 #'s of meat. Since this is a 13 x 5 pan, it is logical that it COULD hold up to 3#'s of meat. Hope this helps!

Awful quality! By the third use, the surface started showing signs of rusting from the wash. You get what you pay for! Even then, I should’ve bought a ceramic or glass pan

My new lasagna pan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and Goodcook to test and give my honest review. I was really uncertain about the size but have settled on this being my lasagna pan. It perfectly fits the width of 2 lasagna noodles, has great height to accommodate the layers without bubbling over during baking, and is surprisingly easy to clean. I did also bake a loaf of bread and it came out ok. Probably more user error than the pan itself. I don't see myself stopping from using my Dutch oven for this task.

Bread litteraly fell out of this sucker and I cannot wait to make a super size meatloaf in it. Its a must for the kitchen gal.
