I definitely think sheer! Good quality but I would have gotten a better deal at Ross or Marshall’s. Paid $12.63 on sale, pretty sure I would have paid half at other retailers. Overall, pretty good and what I expected.

colors do not match the advertised photo
I wish I had read the review before I purchased the purple sheers because they're not purple, they are plum to pinkish fuchsia. unfortunately they're not going to match my neutral curtains. I'm going to return them. They're a good value for the money if the color was as stated.
