Poor support

Unfortunately all the other reviews are written by chatbots. Do they seem genuine to you? Gotrax refused to support me and my scooter bought through Target.com. Be sure to order directly from Gotrax, or they will tell you to contact Target. Target will actually get you to a senior support specialist very quickly, who will then contact Gotrax. Gotrax will never respond and tell you they never received email from Target. Rinse and repeat. Save your sanity and go with a more reputable brand.
