We ordered 2 Hoverboards for our grandchildren for Christmas. One came correctly and on time. The other, the GoTrax Quest Pro was a disaster. It wasn’t delivered until after Christmas AND you substituted a lesser quality one, the GoTrax Drift and still charged me the higher price! So many things wrong,with this, unethical that I paid $260 and received an item that was $185. So bad on many levels. I shop exclusively at Target but I am sooo disappointed with this experience and so mad. Your CS rep said they cannot fulfill my order request for the Quest Pro but could offer me 15% reduction (off the 260) if I keep the Drift. Are you kidding me! My grandchildren STILL do not have their Christmas present! I sure wish I could talk with someone who can make this right.

I would like give zero star but there no options for it . The way Target dealing a gift of this item I never faced with other merchants . I ordered 8” diameter wheel by paying $259 but they delivered 6.5” and when asked for replacement because of a gift item they said I have to return and they place new order . We missed the birthday window of a little one .
