I received item, but it is damaged and scratched up from shipping. It was simply zip tied together, no box or protective plastic. One of the holes to place the connector pieces is chipped off. Needs to be shipped in some sort of protective material.

I set it up in my outdoor shed but unfortunately I could only setup 4 shelves due to height restraints. It was a pleasant & fun experience. The shelves are durable and have a feel of high quality material. Love them!!

We have cabinets for tools and other things, but we always have extra drinks for the garage refrigerator, kids outside toys, holiday decor that we need to store as well. We were able to find storage totes at Costco that were the perfect size for 2 shelves. The other have smaller bins the kids can pull out for toys. Holds a lot of weight for what it is and easy to attach to the wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Knect-A-Shelf Ventilated Heavy Duty black shelves were extremely easy to put together. I like that there's a shelf on the floor; this prevents things from rolling under it and makes it more stable, which is nice. Each shelf holds 150 lbs, which is the perfect amount for what I am using it for. The one major flaw with the shelf design is the plastic injection spots. Almost every spot had an extremely sharp spike made of plastic that would easily shred any cardboard boxes placed on the shelves. I had to file down the spikes in order to make the shelves usable. I'd recommend either relocating the injection locations to somewhere that isn't the top face of the shelf, or file down any spikes that results from the molding process.

This shelving was very easy to put together and took 15 minutes give or take. the issue I have with the shelving and why I only gave it four stars is because the box was beat up badly that the item came in and because of this part of the show being had plastic pieces broken off. My granddaughter had to have the shelving and so rather than return it I took some black gorilla tape and placed it around the broken area on this unit so that hopefully it would not break or chip again. Other than this situation the unit was perfect for her needs since she is getting her items ready for college. This unit cost a bit more than what I would have liked to pay but because of the sizing of this unit and the ease of putting it together purchase was made.

delivery box made it look much bigger than it actually was. there were two other assembled boxes inside to prevent item from moving around.

Plastic shelves but well made compared to others. Very easy to set up and connectors and wall mounts included. Good weight capacity, look decent inside as well as in garage or storage area. Very satisfied, price seemed a bit steep, but the quality is there.
