Q: Is anyone else having issues with the canopy on the car seat? It seems like when I open it, the velcro pulls off on one side. How did you fix it?

  • A: He still fits until his head is within 1 inch of the top of the car seat I believe. Check the user manual. I stopped using this with my big baby at about 6 months since it was easier to just put him in and out of the car. Once you stop pulling the car seat in and out, it's not really worth it to use anymore.

Q: My stroller does not expand using the release button. I have to manually unlatch the black release bar in the middle of the stroller. This seems to be a defect and immensely problematic.

    Pretty good but not THE BEST

    Wheels aren’t the best - occasionally get stuck on raised concrete or tree roots I would not say it’s a “one handed fold” and the wheels can also get stuck to prevent it from folding flat so you have to adjust them Not too heavy and easy to click in and out for the bassinet and car seat

    Great quality , versatile and simple to use.

    The quality of this travel system is fantastic and it is so versatile making it worth the value. The car seat easily fits onto the stroller and can be unclipped again by lifting the lever at the back, the “bassinet” compartment also clips on easily and has strips to pull to pull it into seating position or release the strips to recline. It has add ons included like a tray that also has a cup holder as well as adult cup holders. It is simple to collapse the stroller and to set it up again. The canopy is the perfect size and provides great protection to baby and toddler.

    Adorable , easy to put together, spacious, great for safety

    I actually use this stroller for my baby now. I love it. It comes with a car seat, bassinet and the stroller frame. What i love the most about it is the basket, it’s very big and fits everything i want. Great and strong brakes. Without the carseat it’s light weight and easy to carry and fold and unfold. Harness are adjustable and easy to put on the baby. The only thing i don’t like is that is not easy to use it with one hand, like hard to control and pull with one hand, it shifts easily.

    Worst stroller EVER

    This is the worst stroller that I've ever bought in my parenting it is not sturdy the brakes hardly work they don't break it's very bulky It takes up a lot of space even when you break it down it is not one handed you have to use two hands to break it down and open it The can of the bassinet part is starts to tilt after a while it's just not sturdy at all and is the worst stroller and I think Rachel will need to just stop making making it or make it more accessible and make it more durable and stable I believe that That advertising that it's one hand Fold is False advertising The recline is not any good either Pushing the stroller with one hand is very difficult When you push it one hand it drift off to one direction It does not give a smooth ride

    Best Travel System

    This travel system has been a great choice for us. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and feels durable enough for everyday adventures.
