Graco Premier 4EVER DLX SnugLock Convertible Car Seat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our new Graco Premier 4Ever DLX Extend2Fit SnugLock 4-in-1 Car Seat! We previously used the Graco Premier SnugRide SnugFit infant car seat and were very happy with it, but our little one grew out of it faster than expected (she's consistently in the 90th percentile for height!). This new seat was the perfect upgrade. My favorite feature by far is the Extend2Fit extension panel. It provides essential extra legroom, which is a lifesaver for our fast growing baby and keeps her comfortable while still rear-facing safely for a longer period. The Anti-Rebound Bar also adds an extra layer of reassurance regarding safety and stability. Getting her in and out of the seat is a breeze, and the strapping system is very user-friendly. She has more than enough room now and seems incredibly comfortable. The only minor drawback is that we wish it came with a sun shade for when our baby is rear-facing, but it's a small issue given how impressed we are with the overall quality and features. It's a fantastic, safe, and comfortable investment that will clearly last us for years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price point, I think that the quality of materials is inadequate. The fabric is not very soft or breathable, making for uncomfortable rides in the summer. I make sure that there is adequate airflow in the car and that it has cooled down before putting baby into the seat, but his back gets very warm (sometimes sweaty) while his legs are cool to the touch from the ambient temperature. I also wish that the LATCH system was rigid and not implemented with a belt. I bought two of these seats because of the safety ratings, so I'm sticking with them. For a "premier" price point, there should be significant improvements.

However the bottom buckle is much shorter than any other graco car seat I have bought (we have 6 overall between 2 cars). It cases the clasp to dig into my 10 month olds thighs and bothers her and she isn’t even one year old yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good carseat even compared to Nuna Exec. We own the Nuna Exec and the leg room on this seat is much better in rear facing. I'm recommending friend and family who are thinking about buying the Nuna Exec to seriously consider this seat instead.

I love everything about this car seat except the short buckle. The seatbelt digs into her thighs.

The fact that it's supposed to last forever is great HOWEVER, it appears that graco is selling old seats straight from their own website. I didn't realize until another reviewer pointed it out but my car seat has a 2022 days so it's already 3yrs old! That makes me really frustrated. The seat is supposed to last 10yrs but instead will only last 7. Extremely frustrating when I paid full price but will only only get 70% use out of the seat. A i said the quality is great. The fact that you get the 4ever qualities with the extend2fit function is fantastic BUT be wary that your may get an older seat.

This Graco carseat has been a Great addition for us and the fact that we wont need another carseat is Amazing!! Graco you really out did yourselfs with this one the adjustable headrest is perfect. Finnly is very comfortable in this seat. We Only trust the Graco Family with our little one

If you put this on your baby registry you will not be disappointed on the quality and care Ithat Graco put in to this car seat. The fabric and trimming used are a great top notch quality. I have washed it a few times due to baby accidents and it so looks and feel the same. Greco makes a great car seat ready so using the extended legroom while we’re facing it definitely helpful for my growing two year-old. It is worth the money.

Easy to install once you figure it out. Very very pretty. Very spacious for my toddler. I love the pockets to hold the chest clips back, but I wish there was something to hold the crotch buckle too. I'm excited to use this for the next 8 years (I bought the car seat in 2024, it's manufactured in 2022) eye roll.

I received a Car Seat that was manufactured almost two years ago. called Gracco to understand if this is normal and what the lifespan of these Car Seats is, and they were quick to say: "need a newer seat? buy it at the store". for the amnount of money you are paying for these... you should be able to get the most use out of it.

I have two of these seats and absolutely love them. They’re worth every penny between ease of cleaning, insulation and adjustments as child grows it’s fantastic. They’re also extremely comfortable for the child. (My youngest would scream in her infant carrier now she’s as happy as can be in the back seat)

I love everything about this car seat, aside from the short crotch strap. I am not sure if this is a defect or just the way the seat is made. I attempted to make a warranty claim, but the model number is not an option. Any help is appreciated!

We were sent a defective car seat. The rebound bar is missing a rivet so it can’t be installed. The car seat was also manufactured over a year ago (according to the insert we received, it was manufactured 1/2023, but wasn’t purchased until 7/2023), so we’ve already lost a year and a half of its 10 year lifetime.

Baby seems v comfortable. LARGE footprint. Easy to use.

This car seat is stunning but unfortunately it is not as practical is it is beautiful. The crotch buckle is SO short. My one year old is not chunky and lower buckles dig into her thighs. She always loved her infant car seat and hates this one because of the buckles digging into her skin. For a “premier” car seat it sure isn’t great.
