submitted byEmily - 1 year agoA: It is not detachable like most car seats. We had to bring the whole thing in when getting sent home from the hospital, it is not easy to move around with but is helpful for spinning in the car to get baby in the car seat.

A: You can turn the car seat whenever you need to get your toddler in/out of it, it is very easy compared to other car seats. The only time it must remain locked in rear or forward facing is when the car is moving with the child in the seat. You can leave the seat turned any way if child is not in it to allow extra room.

Overpriced monstrosity
Poor design, poor function, impossible to fully clean. I've hated this thing since shortly after we bought it but I'm finally writing a review because it has now turned in to a $450 piece of garbage. I should have returned it the first time I found myself sitting on the ground in the driveway crying because I was exhausted and couldn't figure out how to loosen the straps. I had to call their customer service center and it turns out you have to partially remove the upholstery to get to the button. The exact upholstery layer that your kid is already sitting on. And the turning function only works when it's rear facing, which means it won't work for much longer after you upgrade to this bigger seat. So you're paying for it to turn only a short amount of time before you realize that you're folding your kid into a pretzel just so you can get your money's worth. But what made it garbage is that if your barely potty trained toddler falls asleep and then pees their pants, the pee is going to soak through the upholstery and then leak through the seat into a bunch of little nooks and into all of the straps which then seem to be impossible to remove. Garbage. Garbage. Garbage. Would I recommend this seat? Only to my worst enemy.

Ok so I initially had another car seat and my daughter outgrew it. I searched and searched and came across this one and decided to get it. I’m in love with it any daughter actually wants to stay in her car seat longer whereas before she HATED her car seat once she got bigger. I love the rotating feature and that I won’t have to buy another car seat because it will be with her all the way to a booster seat! So glad I invested in this because it’s paying for itself already. Quality materials, very durable. The only downside is to loosen straps had to go to YouTube to find instructions when it should be in the manual or made clearer.

I had heard from others that it’s on the larger side (with the base) so I guess beware of this if you have a super small car but I have a small suv and it’s fine! This has been a lifesaver as I don’t have to hoist or strain too much to put the baby in the seat. The rotate feature is amazing. The fabric is nice, seat seems comfy, and I can see it lasting for quite a long time. Overall we are so happy we went with this seat. Definitely try to find it on sale if you can.

Very Happy with this Carseat Purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far very happy with this car seat. Easy to install in car. Easy to adjust for child height. The turning feature is great for loading small children. I got the Lilac color since most of my daughter’s stuff is some shade of purple. It’s very pretty. I have had to clean up a few small messes and so far it all came off with a baby wipe. It fits well in the backseat of my 2025 Honda CRV. It gets a bit snug when my husband drives (he likes his seat all the way down and back) but other than that, it’s been a great carseat.

I bought this car seat back in may and it was the best decision ever. It pretty expensive and I got it with a discount but it is worth the money. It is comfortable for me and the baby. It easy to turn and and actually also the installation was not Super difficult. It looks pretty stable and we love it!

Miseading information
This car seat says it rotates but once installed can only rotate from rear facing to the side and only if you don’t use the car seat belt. If you install the car seat with seat cannot rotate in any direction.

This is my second one of the graco turn2me 3in1. My first one was involved in a car accident. Yes my son was in the car and he was completely fine. I love how easy it is to move from either side of the carseat. the only thing I wish is that the cup holders are easier to remove for cleaning.

FORWARD FACING DOES NOT ROTATE
We bought this car seat to Make getting in and out easier for our 3 year Old who wants to do it Himself. There is limited room behind the driver seat in our vehicle. After installing and reading the manual we realized if the seat is installed for forward facing it will not rotate. Loved everything about it otherwise!
