Amazing customer service!
I’m writing a review because TJ stopped what she was doing in a different department and helped me purchase a car seat. I only had a picture from the one I had in my vehicle and I needed another one just like it she arranged to have it taken up to the front and then she arranged for Cody and Kayla to load it into my vehicle. She stood with me while I paid for it. Thank you TJ for your amazing customer. Service Target is lucky to have you. I haven’t opened up the product yet. I’m sure it’s fine.

Excellent car seat. Unfortunately, target is mercilessly pushing tariff charges these days. I purchased this car seat for $224.99 in May of this year, it’s now selling for $364.99 as of November. It’s a sad day in America.

Love the 360 option, hate the straps and buckle
We love the 360 feature, that’s super! What we don’t like is the sewn in padding around the shoulder straps. It’s awful. We continue to accidentally pitch our little ones neck with the straps because they don’t stay over the straps. even when we carefully Line everything up before tightening the straps, it still ends up cutting in to the side of her neck. The buckle part in between the legs is very wide and when my daughter was under 3 years old it would dig in to her little thighs leaving a mark. I wish it had different or detachable padding and a smaller buckle size (or a different shape even) between the legs. Oh and the silly cupholders are removable. Nice for cleaning I guess but my child will not leave them in. They just twist and pop out and it drives me nuts because they now float around my van instead of being used as a cupholder. I will try another brand for a 360’seat for the next baby.

This seat saved my sons life!
This seat saved my sons life. My son’s dad was driving with my 3 year old son on the interstate. My son was in the revolve 360 slim, to which I was very adamant we still rear faced him as long as possible. His dad had a medical event and the next thing he knew, he was about to hit a tree going 70mph. Dad was pretty beat up with multiple broken bones and all my son had was some very small/barely there bruising from the carseat leg belts! I know if he was forward facing at his age, it could’ve been VERY different, but I’m just so grateful this seat did its job so well. Aside from the straps being cut, you can’t even tell the seat was in an accident ! I can’t recommend this seat enough now. I did recommend it before, but now I sing its praises!

It was such a hassle to install this in the car. It’s heavy and bulky, and when I put my daughter in it to see how she liked it, we noticed the headrest is so bulky it forces her head forward at an uncomfortable angle, even after adjusting the headrest it was awkward. And the bottom straps sit across her thighs, we had to be extra careful with the buckle so we wouldn’t accidentally pinch her.

I hate the staps
The rotational concept of this car seat is amazing! What isn’t, is constantly adjusting the straps. They twist and constantly need adjustments. The pull strap needs a stronger pull compared to the Graco reversible stationary car seat in our second vehicle. Even with pulling harder, I don’t feel that straps tighten correctly as there feels to be too much slack even after spending minutes trying to have an even stronger pull to the pull strap.

Functional but difficult
If you have a big chunky babe the buckle is so short it digs into the legs and very hard to grab. The design is great and works great but if your child ever throws up and you have to clean the entire seat you would rather just throw it away.. it is the hardest car seat to take a part. Pay the extra money buy the Chico.

This is a great car seat especially for a more compact option that fits well in the back of my Outback. Worth noting that this is NOT the quick clean cover and removing the cover to wash is a huge pain. I would pay up for the quick clean version next time.

Molding on headrest is broken after only 2 years
I would give it 0 stars if I could, 1 is generous based on my recent experience with the product and the brand. After only 2 years of ‘light’ use because it was our backup seat in my husband's truck, I removed the cover to clean it last night and found the molding in the headrest broken. I reached out to parentlink support today for help and replacement and they are doing nothing. They told me that my broken seat is ‘safe’ to use but as a parent that is an unacceptable answer when it comes to the component protecting my child’s head in the event of an accident. Do better evenflo, we will no longer be buying evenflo products unless better corrective actions are taken

Everything is great except it's
Everything is great except it's buckel it's tight on the babys legs even at the furthest buckel adjustment. So I'm concerned if she really can grow into this car seat. 😭
