A: Thanks for your question. The harness pads on Chili Spin 360 must be used until your child reaches 22 lb. After they reach 22 lb. they are optional up to 40 lb. The harness pads must be removed when your child reaches 40 lb.

A: Thanks for your question. While the Chili Spin 360 does not have extendable legroom, your child can sit comfortably rear-facing until they reach 43 inches (or 40 lb., whichever comes first).

Love love love! I’m so happy I was recommended to buy this car seat! I’ve seen a couple people say that the installation was a hassle but I really had no issue, (look up that YT video, trust me) My baby seems to enjoy car rides much more now as well which is a plus! I was a little concerned about the fit in my car, but it fits great in a 2023 Chrysler 300, rear and forward facing.

This seat is amazing. My 3 year old still rear faces comfortably in it, and the 360 rotation makes loading a toddler rear facing so much easier on my back. I highly recommend this seat to anyone in the market for a 360 seat. We owned a different 360 seat before purchasing this one, i MUCH prefer the joie over the previous 360. Secure installation, smooth rotation, and the fabric feels plush.

Returned. We LOVE our latch mint car seat stroller travel system- but this car seat just wasn’t right… unfortunately it was loose and on top of that our baby hated it. Where the headrest is connected there’s like an obvious bump- so she couldn’t really rest her head back because she was forced forward in a way… like I said- travel system is amazing- but she’s getting to big for the travel car seat.

For what it’s worth, I think this is the 3rd review I have ever left in my life. We have twins and just needed to upgrade them from their infant carriers. It had been 6 years since we needed to buy a car seat. After I got over the sticker shock (of all the car seats out on the market) we went with two of these. We shopped in person and could physically feel the difference in the seat padding between the graco tri ride, a few others, and this one. The padding was much thicker. You cannot feel the plastic base through it. The neck and shoulder pads are very comfortable. Our babies seem to be loving life back there in their new seats. 🥰. The rotating seat is a game changer on our backs. No more trying not to slide off the running boards when it’s wet out either. If you are on the fence, go for it. These seats are incredibly comfy and feel very safe and secure. They were relatively easy to install. We used a YouTube tutorial to make sure we installed them correctly. 10/10 recommend!

I didn’t like the no extra padding around where the babies head goes and I also didn’t like the buckle that goes over the babies chest. It was so flimsy I could literally snap it in half. It was also super hard to adjust the angle you want baby to lay at

Buckle broke after 5 months. Nothing target can do so I will be contacting the company for further assistance. Also my son is only 1 and his feet seem like they are squished in the rear facing position. I tried to pull it out but that didn’t help. Cheap materials for sure. Such a shame because I like how it rotates.

Beautiful car set, I have the mint and ginger travel system and love it so I really wanted his next seat to be the same brand. The 460 feature is easy to use, set up took about 5-10 minutes. Shoulder pads are a little awkward but he doesn’t seem to mind. It is very heavy so I won’t be taking it out of my car anytime soon. Grows with baby, super cute and the padding is nice and thick. Not sure about clean up yet so we’ll see.

We’ve had this for a few months now and we’ve overall really loved it. It’s very comfy and my daughter feel asleep immediately in it. I like the shoulder straps and that it can turn easily. Two things: 1. I hate cleaning it, although the covers are very easy to wash the cup holders and straps aren’t removable and there’s a bunch of little holes that can be filled w crumbs and fall into the base. There’s no slot on the bottom for bodily fluids or crumbs to fall out of. This makes it really hard to clean after throw up and potty training accidents and there’s a smell that is impossible to get out now. Also makes me worry about potential rust issues. 2. I don’t know if it was the way we held it while taking it out or we got a bad batch but the reclining base popped off and was hard to put back on. This makes me feel uneasy about the safety of it

I had this car seat for six months with my daughter. As we all know, kids tend to get sick, and my daughter did to the point that it seeped through the sides of the plastic and the seat base where I had to take off the cover and then the plastic seat that is screwed down once putting that back on the straps no longer operated correctly. I spoke with joie and their team regarding this, and they came back and told me that because I took off the seat. It is deemed no longer in warranty for misuse, and they can’t do anything about it to no longer put my child in it because it’s not safe anymore. I understand that and have no arguments with that. My problem is that clearly there is a design flaw because there’s no other way. I would’ve been able to clean up my child’s mess without taking that piece off. I will not be buying this again. The one thing I did really like about it was that it did rotate super easy and absolutely loved it in that sense, but for the purpose of cleaning it, it was not worth the buy because I only had it now for six months
