The Graco SlimFit3 LX 3-in-1 Car Seat is our slimmest design that fits 3 car seats across, saving space in your back seat without compromising on the safety you trust and the features you need. This narrow all-in-one car seat grows with your child from rear-facing harness (5-40 lb) to forward-facing harness (26.5-65 lb) to highback booster (40-100 lb). We tested our lightweight 3-across car seat in every configuration, to help ensure your growing family can fit in your vehicle, even with children of different ages who ride in different modes, or when paired with select other Graco car seats. Integrated belt lock-off makes for easy vehicle seat belt installation in forward-facing mode, and allows you to position your seats to maximize space with 3 across. Graco’s exclusive push-button InRight LATCH provides an easy, one-second attachment with an audible click to help ensure secure installation. We made thoughtful design choices to make the SlimFit3 easy to adjust with 3 car seats in the back seat. The No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust Harness System allows you to adjust the height of the headrest and harness to 10 positions with just one motion for just the right fit. Easily adjust the 4-position recline for a better installation and a comfortable ride. The Rapid Remove cover comes off in 60 seconds, without uninstalling the seat or removing the harness, and is machine washable. Plus, the SlimFit3 is slim enough to fit 3 across, but spacious enough to keep your growing child comfy. Breathable mesh AirFlow channels provide improved ventilation to keep your child cool and comfortable. Two cup holders are designed to work with the three-across configuration to keep drinks and snacks close at hand. Fuss-free harness storage pockets conveniently hold the harness out of the way while your child gets in and out. Removable, plush head and body inserts help to keep your infant feeling cradled and comfortable. The steel-reinforced frame provides strength and durability for years of use, and EPS energy-absorbing foam provides effective impact energy management. We discovered this model when researching. Much easier to get in the car, and overall better engineered. Very slim and doesn’t slide around like the other model. We switched out all our seats to this style.

It’s a great product and slim enough to fit him and my two teen daughters in the back of my Volkswagen Tiguan. I was fortunate to buy it with a coupon and on sale but I would have paid full price for it. Installation is easy, we move it from my car to my husband’s truck.

My baby falls asleep so quickly every time she’s in it. I’m talking knocked out in minutes, even on short drives. That’s how I know she’s super comfortable and feels secure. And honestly, that peace of mind is priceless. What I really appreciate is that it grows with her. I don’t have to worry about buying another seat in a year this one adjusts from rear-facing to forward-facing to a booster, so we’re covered for years. It feels sturdy, safe, and well-made, but it’s also not bulky like some of the others. It fits in our back seat without taking up our whole row, which is amazing. Also, it was really easy to install, and I love that it reclines and adjusts as she grows. The padding is super soft, and I love that she’s both protected and comfy. If you’re a new mom, or even just needing an upgrade, this seat checks all the boxes. Safety, comfort, practicality and it doesn’t take over your whole car. 10/10 recommend!

I wish I could get a return box and a refund for this seat, WARNING your baby’s head may slump and get stuck between the seat and actual head rest!! My seat is fitted on the proper recline graco recommends inserts removed as required and straps coming below the shoulders and my poor son was asleep and was SCREAMING when he woke up I looked back and his head was stuck between the head rest and the seat. Also you can’t change the recline level without uninstalling the seat which is very inconvenient. Will be uninstalling the seat and buying a different one although I’ve just bought this a couple weeks ago.

I’ve never used anything but Graco products for nearly 20 years. But I was very disappointed to find out that this model doesn’t allow the straps to be removed AT ALL for cleaning. Horrible purchase for us since our 2 year old has issue with motion sickness. Will definitely be looking for something else.
