This is about a an elegant hotel and its eccentric manager. It takes place during World War II and so not all goes well. It is half Monty Python silliness and half serious drama. Ralph Fiennes is absolutely marvelous. If you have a Blu-ray player, I would recommend this be purchased in Blu-ray as it is beautifully photographed.
