GrandeLASH-MD: Directions: As with all cosmetic products used in the area of the eye (or close proximity to the eye), it is important to carefully read all directions and warnings. Carefully apply GrandeLASH-MD once daily on a clean, dry upper lash line only using a single stroke on your eyelid just above your upper lash line (like a liquid eyeliner). Do not apply to the lower lash line. Apply only with the product applicator provided. Use one dip into the bottle for both upper lash lines and allow 2-3 minutes for the serum to fully dry before lying down or applying other products to your eye area. Use sparingly. If serum gets into the eye, immediately rinse thoroughly with cool water to completely remove serum from the eye. Apply every day for a full 3 months. After desired improvement is achieved, apply every other day for maintenance. GrandeLASH-MD requires continued use to maintain benefits.
This cosmetic product contains (a small amount of) isopropyl cloprostenate, an analog of prostaglandin. It is important to use the product as instructed so that it does not get into the eye. As instructed in the directions for application, if product does come into contact with the eye, immediately rinse thoroughly with cool water to completely remove the cosmetic serum from the eye. If redness, irritation or other unwanted effects occur, stop using product immediately. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.

I absolutely love this eyelash serum. It's the best in the west it is pricey for the size but it is definitely worth it. A little goes a long way and I do recommend this to anyone that's trying to grow their lashes.

Works great for me
I was skeptical but finally gave this a try and have been very pleasantly surprised! I'm 52 and have noticed a great improvement in lash length. Also, my outer lashes used to curl/point down and now they are longer and pointing up. Its great! You need to be consistent and results do take a while. I did not experience any signifcant side effects. I purchased the smallest size with a good sale and it has lasted me quite a while

I think my eye lids became to moist/oily quickly and so the product runs in to my eyes easily. It burns a great deal. I used it for a couple weeks and each time, it did the same thing. I don't fault the product I fault my skin. It did thicken my lashes and darken them in the 2 weeks I used it.

Long lashes!
I started using this about 2 months ago and only about 3-4 times per week becasue honestly i forget. But even with fewer uses i still saw great results, it just took about 6-8 weeks to be noticeable. I have had no skin discoloration or any other side effects (which i did have with another lash product). I would recommend this one!

I bought I because of PP and like always my lashes started to fall out. I bought this on Oct 30th 2025 and after a week I notice a little difference, I don’t wear makeup a lot because of my job but today I decided to wear mascara. Guys when I sit there and tell yall that my lashes are touching my glasses!! It looks like I had a lash lift! All morning I’ve been moving my glasses away from my face a little because my lashes are pressed up and getting stuck like that 😅 I love it.

Definitely made eyelashes appear longer and thicker. Quite pricey :-( Easy application, no eye irritation or burning, even when wearing contacts. Lasted me longer than 3months.

Really good
The lash serum is really good. Honestly, I thought it treaty results on day 3 and my lashes started to get really full, but it does make my eyes look at a little bit red like kind of like a hyper pigmentation, but I don't mind that much so if you do mind, I would skip this product but it's really good for growing out your lashes.

Not only do they make your lashes longer, they also make them fuller! At first I was skeptical, but then my husband swore it was working! In my B&A pics I definitely noticed what he was talking about. I'd buy if I were you! ( Be cautious though because it doesn't feel too pleasant if it gets in your eyes. It doesn't burn, but it has a weird sensation that makes your eyes water .. )

I would not buy this item
I'm a nurse & have many patients come in after using this lash serum with infected styes/ infected eyes in general. Not sure what's totally in this product, but it needs to be studied & reviewed about whats in this product, it is not safe for the eyes.

Just started using this serum since i accidentally ripped out some lashes after curling them and i can already see growth, not only that but i also feel like my other lashes a thicker and longer as well!
