A: this serum works over time, it wont immediately lengthen your lashes or brows. that happens after 3-4 weeks of use 2x a day. and no, you dont need to wash off the serum at night, in fact the serum is meant to be used twice a day.

Lashes are fuller
I'm not sure my lashes are longer, but they are definitely fuller and I love that. I haven't been using on my brows, but am going to start that next.

Made my eyebrows worse!
I really should have read the reviews before ordering… I noticed a bald spot on one eyebrow a few weeks after using. I thought maybe my brows were just being funky, so I tweezed them. After tweezing the area, I realized my brow was much thinner than usual. After reading reviews, I can see others experienced the same thing. I wish I had never used this product. ):

It is good
It's a good product, you need to be constant. I've seen results, but results are more natural effect, longer lashes, but not to dramatic. It takes a few weeks to notice results, but if your constant you will notice. I give only 4 star because results are not super dramatic, but it works.

I used to use the E.L.F lash serum which was OK but I switched to this one around 3 months ago. This is now my lashes holy grail, I have like a whole cm of growth and they are so strong. It's the only The Ordinary product I own and I will continue to repurchase

I mean this when i say, be CONSISTENT. Good things do not happen overnight, yall. The compliments and statements ive received… "wow, your lashes are like perfect" "What do you do to make your eyelashes look so long?" I could go on… be consistent.

I lost some lashes and bought this to fill them in. It has worked great. My only con is the brush applicator is so rough and hard. It makes me not want to repurchase. I will use it up but may find a similar serum with a softer applicator.

It Works
It took about 5 months to actually see a noticable difference. It defintely does work, but you have to be consistent. I've reached my desired lash length so I use it for maintainence here and there.

If you like having eyelashes this product isnt for you. I typically love the ordinary and all their products, once i started using the lash serum half my lashes fell out

Worth a Try!
I started using this in early August and by mid-September I could see results with use 2x a day morning and evening. I have had issues with other lash serums so I have to be careful what I put around my eyes. My lashes have regrown where they were missing.

2 1/2 months of chemo and I still have my brows and lashes
I have used this every day for over two months. My brows have thinned but it's not super noticeable. My eyelashes have gotten longer and fuller with no noticeable loss. I have sensitive eyes and skin and have had no issues using this product.

I actually love this serum! The key is consistency! My eyelashes have actually grown! I put it on every single morning I get in my car. I used lattise and my lashes actually began to fall out when I stopped using it.
