  • A: this serum works over time, it wont immediately lengthen your lashes or brows. that happens after 3-4 weeks of use 2x a day. and no, you dont need to wash off the serum at night, in fact the serum is meant to be used twice a day.

    LOVE IT! Fuller & natural looking lashes.

    My lashes were damaged from extensions and never fully recovered, they became shorter and more brittle. After 1–2 months of using this serum, I've noticed my lashes look longer, fuller, and healthier. Just keep in mind that this isn't a prostaglandin-based serum, so it won't give the dramatic growth some people expect. If you're looking for a naturally fuller lash line with peptides instead, this is a great option! :)

    No Difference

    I've been using The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum for 2 months now and I haven't noticed any changes, not even with the baby hairs. The patches are the same, the length is the same, the density is the same. I use it as directed.

    It does work! But be patient

    I broke half of my eyelashes on both eyes with my lash curler, used this product every day, day&night, and noticed growth after 3 weeks, took 2 months with this to see the full growth of my lashes, it does work! but definitely needs time and patience

    I like The Ordinary products, but this one was a waste. No discernible difference in my lashes. I used simultaneously with a different brand (stronger) serum on my eyebrows, which DOES definitely make a noticeable difference. I thought this would be safer near my eyes, but if it doesn’t work it’s pointless.

    ZERO STARS Gave Me A Stye

    I've never had a stye in my life! Used it one time and woke up with swollen eyes. Two days later, a stye on my left eye. In the trash!

    Didn't do anything

    I tried using this every morning and evening as directed, for over a month. I didn't notice a change at all. I love The Ordinary as a brand so I was definitely disappointed that this product didn't do anything, but maybe they should stick to the serums.

    It looks a good product and when I apply on my lashes do not burn my eyes, but I didn't see the result yet and I think I need to use more consistently.

    Brow Regrowth

    I have had a couple times Ive shaved my eyebrows way too much and needed a quick regrowth. I have had very good experiences with this product and it has regrown my brows within 1-2 weeks.

    Pointless

    I purchased this product because it was a cheaper alternative to grandelash product line. It doesn’t sting or smell bad or anything, but it also doesn’t work. I have faithfully used almost the entire product, and I have noticed zero difference in my eyelashes. My eyebrows are also no thicker. There is normal growth, but not an increase in body or thickness.

    Great Growth for Thin Brows

    I usually do not write reviews but this productis incredible for brows! I have very thin and sparce eyebrows. I noticed new growth within 2 weeks making the front and tails of my brows thicker. This product was even recommended to me by a benefit brow artist at Ulta!

    Right price, great effects

    My eyebrows lived through Y2K and barely survived. This has truly helped to get my brows to fill in more but especially helps to boost the hairs you already have. Always have nearby for after i cleanse at night.

    If you are considering buying this product, consider it no more! This is the best product to get for a great price. You won't even need mascara after using this. You start seeing results in less than 2 weeks. I've had 4 new rows of lashes grow, my lashes have gotten thicker, and my lashes have gotten longer. I have recommended this to every single person I know. Want to try lash serum, but they are always so expensive? Then this is the perfect thing for you. This serum will last you so long, and this will forever be in my re-purchases. I like to apply on my lash line, then lift my eyelid and go under my lashes, and I also apply on my bottom lashes. I like to (minimum) apply twice a day, once in the morning, once at night; I also apply anytime during the evening. Honestly best product ever.

    As an esthi, i was pleasantly surprised to find a cheaper lash serum with no prostoglandins!!!!! This is safe for your eyes AND i saw great results using it :)

    Simply works

    at first I was skeptical about the effectiveness of serums in general, but I like other stuff from this brand and the price tag made it feel work the risk works amazing so glad i tried it!!! I curl my lashes almost daily and if accidentally rip some out (lol) it grows them back within the week. i Just put it on right before bed
