A: you can apply the serum before applying lash extensions with no issue! just wait until the serum dries to attach extensions.

A: this serum works over time, it wont immediately lengthen your lashes or brows. that happens after 3-4 weeks of use 2x a day. and no, you dont need to wash off the serum at night, in fact the serum is meant to be used twice a day.

I was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and had to undergo 6 months of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, I lost all of my hair including my eyebrows and eyelashes. Adding this into my routine after finishing chemo has really helped accelerate regrowth and is helping me get my confidence back! It takes a few weeks to see results but I'm very happy with the progress I've seen this past month :) Plus the price is just right!

I gave this product a really good effort. Twice a day for 2 months and really could not see much if any difference. What I did notice is that while using it regularly my lashes appeared more dense (barely, like 2% improvement), but when I stopped using it my lashes fell out. So, I do believe that it increased the growth rate of my lashes to some extent but acted more like a glue than anything else. Not pleased, will not buy again, and don't really recommend. Waist of money and time. Plus the applicator sucks hard, it's spiky and stabs the skin. Why they didn't make it a soft brush or a felt tip I couldn't say, but it's a total miss.

I have been usimg this since it came out. A couple weeks into using it i thought it was making my lashes darker which seened idd since it is not something that it is supposed to do. I realized It was new lash growth making them darker, since my lashes were getting thicker. It has made my lashes noticeably thicker and longer

I know every person has different type of skin, ph, hair, etc. I have curly lashes but that doesn't mean they are "long" I really noticed a change, I don't have a picture for the before, but I stopped using this I while ago, and now I'm using it again, and I noticed big changes…

Please, please, please stay away from this product. It is by far the WORST lash serum ever used. I should have stuck with the more expensive lash serums that actually work. This one caused thinning of my eyelashes as well as losing them. I have never had this issue until using this product. Horrible!

Truly the worst product I have ever used. I started noticing on the day after I applied this product, I would find multiple lashes in my eyelash curler. The nights I didn’t apply it, the next morning no lashes lost. I cannot believe how horrible this product is and how it does the opposite of what it says. I have never had issues with other lash serums. This one is going straight into the trash. Avoid!!!

I have pretty thick brows, but due to aging, they're getting patchy. I've tried some other products, and they're okay, but frankly they're too expensive. The Ordinary serum is truly amazing! It keeps my brows (and lashes) full and thick as long as I use it every night. I'm sorry others have experienced problems, but I for one can't go a day without this! Give this a try before you spend 4x the money.

This is my new must have! My eyebrows are thinning (thank you age and hormones) and this product helps me keep them! I was using another brand, one that was four times the price and I was having a hard time justifying the cost but The Ordinary came through! Here's some context:
When I was about 8 years old, my mom gave me tweezers and I, being 8 years old, went absolutely insane on my eyebrows. When I say insane, I mean plucked all the hairs at the start of my brows (miles apart henceforth) and roughly the shape of a horizontal comma.
I am now 24 and I have done quite literally anything you could think of to restore my brows. I've tried castor oil, coconut oil, not touching them in the slightest for months, etc. Nothing ever worked and my brows remained thin and patchy.
This remained the case until I used this product. There's new hairs in my brows where I haven't seen them since the 8 years old doomsday. I cannot sing the praises of this stuff enough. I've used almost an entire bottle in around 2 months with consistent use, and I can genuinely tell a difference. I wish that I had the foresight to have taken before and after pictures, but I thought this was going to be another failed venture in reclaiming brow territory.
Praise it be, The Ordinary, for you have done the Lord's work.

1st time trying this product and I've seen my lashes and brows appear thicker and longer BUT it's causing acne all around the brow and it's making me sad 😔.
I haven't decided if I will buy more for my lashes or discontinue due to the acne on my brows.

I've been using this serum unfaithfully for about a month. My eyebrows have come back, almost in full. I have a couple of sparse spots but the difference is extremely noticeable.

When I first started using this all was going well, I felt like I had a small improvement to length and volume of my lashes. Unfortunately once I was using it for about 3 months I started to see my lashes falling out all the time, with no other changes in my mascara routine. Seems like this weakened my lashes for some reason sadly. I have stopped using it. I really wanted a replacement for grande lash bc that gives me a little redness and irritation, which this one did not.
