I have used this consistently for two years. I also occasionally wear lash clusters and when removing them at times my own lashes will come out causing a noticeable bald spot in that area. After about 2 weeks my lashes are always back to normal. I reslly appreciate this product because I love lashes but hate to be reliant on them. I still want my natural lashes to remain healthy as well.

I've used this serum for 4 years now and it is still my fav! Makes my lashes so strong, I notice a difference in length and anytime I overpluck my brows, I apply this to help them grow back super fast! I recommend it to literally everyone

I love most of the Ordinary's products. However this one caused more eye issues then I have time to explain in this post. My results require a doctor visit. Not worth it!

The application brush is very stiff and scratchy. This is the fourth eyelash serum I've tried (of all kinds) and this applicator is the only one where the brush is uncomfortable when applying. I personally don't even care of the serum works well at this point because the application is so discomforting.

Started using this as I was letting my lash extensions go and it has made a huge difference in growth and density. My brows are also less sparse after using for only a few weeks. Great product and affordable.

Previously I've used two pricier lash serums that worked wonderfully, but I read how certain ingredients can cause orbital fat loss and eye coloring darkening. Wanting to avoid that I discovered The Ordinary's Lash Serum doesn't have those negative effects. It does however, have its own - lash loss and thinning. I had pretty good lashes to begin with and this serum RUINED them. Highly do NOT recommend.

I picked this up hoping that it would work but after one application my eye lids became swollen, red and flaky. I washed them, took antihistamines and everything I could think of but after four days and no relief I went to the ER. Be careful.

The serum caused damage to my lashes, they started falling progressively after the first week. I would not reccomend this product. Its great at the beginning but has negative results.

I’ve used several lash serums, some very expensive and some not so much, with little success but enough to keep trying. I’d not heard of The Ordinary but as it had good reviews I tried it. I must say after about 3 weeks I noticed a marked difference; my 72 year old lashes are longer (it’s obvious with my eyelash curler) and fuller all around. As I wear waterproof mascara, I condition them every night with a q-tip and castor oil ~ but I’ve been doing that forever. I’m happy I’ve found a good product at a great price that I can count on.

My daughters' and I use this religiously. Only thing I hate is the brush. It's an awful brush.
