Previously I've used two pricier lash serums that worked wonderfully, but I read how certain ingredients can cause orbital fat loss and eye coloring darkening. Wanting to avoid that I discovered The Ordinary's Lash Serum doesn't have those negative effects. It does however, have its own - lash loss and thinning. I had pretty good lashes to begin with and this serum RUINED them. Highly do NOT recommend.

I picked this up hoping that it would work but after one application my eye lids became swollen, red and flaky. I washed them, took antihistamines and everything I could think of but after four days and no relief I went to the ER. Be careful.

The serum caused damage to my lashes, they started falling progressively after the first week. I would not reccomend this product. Its great at the beginning but has negative results.

I’ve used several lash serums, some very expensive and some not so much, with little success but enough to keep trying. I’d not heard of The Ordinary but as it had good reviews I tried it. I must say after about 3 weeks I noticed a marked difference; my 72 year old lashes are longer (it’s obvious with my eyelash curler) and fuller all around. As I wear waterproof mascara, I condition them every night with a q-tip and castor oil ~ but I’ve been doing that forever. I’m happy I’ve found a good product at a great price that I can count on.

this product genuinely works but like the title suggests you have to be consistent. if i stop using it even for a day or two i notice my eyelashes are less dark and not as full looking. this serum has grown out my eyelashes almost double what they were before and they went from nearly blonde to almost black. it does burn if it has contact with your eyes so be careful but other than that i truly love this product. i have been using it for 2 years now and dont plan to switch to anything else anytime soon.

Used it twice daily for 4-5 months… didnt run out till now. I started using it due to eyelash extensions twisting and falling out a lot. Ever since I started using it, they don't twist around anymore. I've even gotten compliments on my natural lashes from my lash tech. Works great and great value for the amount of product. Reordering!!

I received this product complimentary from The Ordinary. I like how affordable this serum is and that it doesn't contain any harmful ingredients, which gives me peace of mind when using it daily. It's still too early to notice any major results, but so far, so good! I mainly bought it to use on my eyebrows since they've been thinning a little, and I'm hopeful it will help over time. I also love how compact the design!

I love this serum. It is not for people who lack consistency. You must use it twice daily. Most importantly, the formula is free of prostaglandins. It is ideal for those who frequently treat and style their lashes and brows.

This product was useless. I bought a twin pack of this and used it for 6 months no growth. Instead my eyebrows started to lose hair. My eyelashes stayed the exact same. dont buy this
