The heating is very consistent and stays consistent through out the cook. It gives food the perfect search without burning 🔥 My husband is actually went to culinary school and he's impressed. We use zero oil and absolutely nothing is sticking to the pans!

We made: scrambled eggs, fried egg sandwiches with ham, grilled cheese, and hamburgers in them the first week we had them. First off they came packaged really well, they were each protected so there were no scratches and they came with directions on how to wash them and take care of them. I have an old electric stove and my favorite pot in the world still cooks unevenly because of that. These pans literally made a perfect grilled cheese all over the bread with no light or soggy areas. After burning the cheese because I was trying to brown rye bread, it literally wiped out with a paper towel. I put everything in the dishwasher, and these pans are no exception. They are as nice today as the day I opened them and we have used the heck out of them. They’re very clean looking and there are no nobby rivets to catch food like cheaper brand fry pans. The handles are very comfortable because they’re not flat sharp metal, it’s contoured to your hand so even a fall and heavy painful still is comfortable. I absolutely recommend these pants, they rival my Gotham pans and I love my Gotham pans.

My husband usually uses stainless steel pans which are great but can also require some scrubbing and can get heavy. These are the most lightweight pans I’ve ever used and make making morning scrambled eggs super easy. I like all 3 sizes for making eggs, quesadillas, and frying up veggies.

We get the most use out of the medium size pan because it’s the perfect size to cook about four over easy eggs. The small pan is perfect for a grilled cheese and the large one is great for anytime we have to sauté vegetables. The ceramic coating makes clean up a breeze and I love that I don’t have to use an excess of oil or butter to get that nonstick quality.
