I put a tube full into my coffee everyday. This was recommended by my Dialysis Nurse to up my daily protein. I am very happy with the product.

The only problem is getting them open. The ‘tear here’ thingy does not actually open the pack when you tear it. You must use knife or scissors to open, which defeats the travel pack convenience. Please fix this!
