Q: Can this cookware be used on a glass radiant stovetop , without risk of scratching the glasstop?

A: Our cookware is safe for use on gas and electric stove tops, this includes glass stove tops. However, some new stove models may recommend against using ceramic cookware, meaning our cookware with the color exterior shouldn't be used. If this is the case, the manual will most likely read that cookware with a stainless steel exterior or a hard anodized exterior would be most optimal

All the eggs
This pan is great. This is our 2nd time around buying green pan and this is a very large high quality pan. I can fry 6 large eggs at once. It's eggsactly what we wanted it for. + it hold 2+ lbs of beef well.

Fry pan review
I was looking to switch to ceramic cookware and this pan has not disappointed. Sturdy with a slippery surface! Need to change some cooking behaviors as it heats up very quickly and you should use silicone spatulas.

Love my Greenpan especially for cooking eggs! I gave all my other non-stick pans away due to the health concerns and replaced with Greenpan. Long lasting non-stick surface as long as you don't use high heat!
