These not only work great and nonstick, they are also beautiful. I love that you can bake cookies or roast vegetables and lots of other things.

My roasted items slide right off of these pans! I enjoy the cream color to mat hjmyyother reserve pro pans.

The 13" x 18" pan is a nice size for roasting veggies, baking cookies, and more. It's easy to clean, and we're so delighted to not worry about environmental hazards leeching into our food. It's also pretty!
