A: I looked for the source of manufacturing as well, and could not find any information. Typically when a manufacturer goes out of their way to hide where its product was manufactured, that typically means that it was made in China.

Q: How is this compostable if it contains silicone?

A: I don't think this is actually compostable. I looked it up, all silicone is manmade. Just because it's made from the natural element silicon doesn't make it compostable.

Love it but paper cutter doesn't work
I love this brand but PLEASE MAKE A BETTER CUTTER. The paper cutter that comes on the packaging doesn’t do a thing. I have to use scissors every time I want to get a sheet, and while I love to be as eco-friendly as possible by supporting this brand the inconvenience of having to cut to size every time is annoying, and enough for me to want to go to other brands.

The cutter is like a really thin plastic or maybe even cardboard. Terrible design. It folded down and became completely unusable. I’d rather risk accidentally cutting myself and have a usable product than have this silly safety feature.

I’ve bought this several times because I love the unbleached paper. That part is great. What is not great is the weak packaging after half of its used, and this is every single time, the box breaks down and it never tears correctly. There’s no inside paper or cardboard tube to keep the roll of paper stable and add firmness. So you have to fight it for the second half. Super annoying but can’t find any other unbleached parchment for the same value so I keep buying. But they really need to change the packaging so it doesn’t break down so fast and just become a nuisance vs an easy to use and beneficial product. It works great for like the first 5 uses, though!

I love this parchment paper. Does great in the oven with higher temperatures. The only con is the blade on the box - it is not strong enough to cut the paper and is very flimsy. If the company fixes the blade, they would have a perfect product. I would still recommend.
