Q: can you put them from stovetop to oven

A: These can go into the oven up to 600F without the lid. Lids are safe to 325F.

Q: Do any of the lids that come with this set fit the two frying pans? For example, does the 3 quart Saucier lid fit the 9.5" frying pan? The lid from the 2 or 3-quart Sauce pan fit the 8" frying pan?

A: Lids are not interchangeable. It is very important to use the correct size lid for your cookware.

Q: I see some of the GreenPan sets say ceramic in the title, where these only say it in the description - these have the same ceramic coating as say, the GreenPan Madison 12 pc set?

I have had this set for almost a year. They have become my favorite set. I use them 4-5 times a week. They are are still nonstick so much that I have to chase food around to get it out! I’m not sure why other users are giving low ratings, perhaps because of how they’re used. I hand wash them and use plastic/silicone utensils I also don’t use them on high heat as recommended.

I was looking for a good quality cookware set and this is it!!! I’m amazed how good this is, I purchased the made by design silicone utensils to use so I do not scratch it and follow the directions on how to use it. If you follow the instructions when using this cookware such as use low heat, hand wash, and silicone utensils you shouldn’t have any problems!

I waited over a year before doing a review to really see how these pans hold up and perform. The set is ok. I definitely wouldn't pay full price for this set and wouldn't only consider it a starter set that you should expect to replace in less than two years. I only hand wash my pans and use wooden utensils and the pans are extremely worn and have become very difficult to cook with and clean.

4 months after purchase and hand washing with a sponge (not a scrubbing sponge!) and the non-stick is history and showing signs of wear. They're even difficult to clean now. If I had it to do over again I'd skip the non-stick and buy regular pans.

I am very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface, this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

Bought their product 3 years ago, initially impressed, but even using plastic utensils they chipped, now the frypans which are supposed to be nonstick, food sticks terribly, these are not what the manufacturer represents. I will be throwing the set out. Very poor quality, I had a set of Revere ware for decades no problems except I got tired of polishing the copper bottoms wish I still had them.

Bought this after using my old teflon nonstick for years. The nonstick on this set works great, eggs are what we cook most and they cook perfectly in this. They heat up really fast!! It makes cooking faster which is great. Love that its toxin free for our family. Would recommend!

Love Green Pan pans...these cook beautifully and are a dream to clean. I have an electric cooktop (glass top) and these work perfectly. Other pans I've had before do not sit flat, but these have a heavy base and the stainless steel quality is very high. If you follow there instructions, which are very helpful, you will get great results with these pans. I like that I don't have to cook with as much oil and that they don't have nasty chemicals in the nonstick. Great pans!!!
