A: This item is manufactured in GreenPan’s factory in China. Unlike most cookware companies, they own our factory, and carefully control the process. GreenPan has won numerous awards for environmental safety, worker satisfaction, and our overall standards. The factory has its own wastewater treatment plant and 30% of the factory’s energy comes from solar panels on the roof. They also have our own in-house research and development team working towards the next advancements in healthier and better cooking.

A: We can confirm that our silicone utensils are indeed 100% silicone and are thoroughly safety tested by accredited independent laboratories. This means that the utensils are confirmed as being fully compliant with regulations for rubber articles as set by the US FDA under 21 CFR 177.2600. Put simply, compliance with this US FDA regulation means that nothing migrates out of the utensils that could cause harm to humans or animals. Additional safety testing by the same independent lab also confirms that no harmful substances such as phthalates or heavy metals are contained within silicone material. We can also confirm that the utensils are compliant with California Proposition 65.

Agree with others, it’s good for about 5 times and then starts to stick. We use an oil sprayer, silicone spatula, low to medium heat and let the eggs cook for a few before stirring. Still sticks.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

this is my first GreenPan order and I have to say I am really impressed with all the items I have purchased so far. the 3 piece frypan set has performed very well, eggs, bacon, grilled cheese sandwiches, all were cooked to perfection and the cleanup was a breeze

These pans are garbage and are as far from Non-stick as you can get. I have been a cook for 30 years and these may be the worst non-stick pans I have ever used. Even adding a little bit of oil doesn't help. The only way I can get these pans to not have food stick to them is to cook at no higher than medium low. Not even medium mind you. The pots are great for boiling water or heating up soup or beans, but that is about it.

Been using this pan for all of a week and a half now? And already omelets are sticking to it even when using liberal amounts of oil or butter. I've only ever used silicone spatulas. This is actually the second pan to do this. I got one for Christmas and thought it was just a fluke. Won't be wasting my money on this company again

This pot has been great so far. I bought it to be a popcorn pot but I have made caramel and tomato sauce in it as well and nothing has burned on or stuck. It is very easy to clean and has required no scrubbing. I'm very happy with it as I have been with my frying pan set as well.

We bought this entire set and since day one on a gas stove.the handle connectors smelled like melted plastic. And they are indeed melting. Every time we use them they get worse. What a waste of money. Why are they rated for gas stoves?!?

Great pans...I will say you very much have to pay attention to how you clean them and they heat up quicker and more uniformly than any other pan so you can cook on with lower heat and more evenly, I have enjoyed them so far. Very nice. And I love that they are safe to use and I no longer have to wonder if I am unwittingly harming myself and/or my loved ones.
