Awful changes
I’ve been buying green pan for years, recently replaced my old set with the exact same line I had, they are noticeably lighter and thinner, and everything sticks to them! After three uses, they went straight in the trash! Green pan definitely changed how they’re made, I will never buy again

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

They are okay with chips in the finish
The 12" pan had two little chips in it. I sent them pictures showing the chips. They kept asking for additional pictures. I finally sent them a picture of the whole pan and handle, where you couldn't see the chips and they said chipping is normal and safe so they won't replace it. It's crap right out of the box and it is not supported. Avoid this.

Food stuck after a few weeks
After a few weeks all my food sticks and I have been using low to medium heat and the non scratch part from the dish sponge. I am not happy with these.

This pan is great. I’ve had one for over a year and nothing sticks to it. This is NOT a frying pan. If you keep the fire between medium/low nothing will stick. Initially, I stopped using it after a few months because everything was sticking to it but once I realized I had the fire too high, it stopped sticking. So now I make simple things on here like eggs or pancakes. No frying on it. Hand wash or it’ll chip.

Beautiful Nonstick Pans
I’ve been wanting to replace my old (probably toxic) non-stick pans for a long time. I’d had issues with other alternatives on the past. But these are working!

I would give this zero stars if I could. Meticulously followed all of the care instructions, and the non-stick lasted about two weeks max. Don’t waste your money!

Toxic Odors Don't buy.
These pans emit a toxic smell when the handles heat up. I bought it because it's supposed to be healthy but it's worse than my old pan. Don't buy!

Don't Bother
Does it work? Technically. The pans take forever to heat up, they don't retain heat well, and it heats/cooks unevenly. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on new pans, and these were budget friendly, but I should've just gotten the nicer pans. The only pro is they're easy to clean. These were used on an induction stove.
