Q: I followed all the directions and it worked perfectly but afterwards the battery is stuck in the compartment so I cannot charge it. What should I do?

A: This is what worked for me: unlatch the battery compartment and remove the two tiny screws on the compartment (just above the battery). A small plastic piece comes out and now the battery releases.

Q: Does the "foam dispenser" work like a "foam cannon" emitting billowy "clouds" of foam or is it just a soap dispenser? If the latter, does it have a 1/4" quick connector so that one may add a foam cannon?

A: Hi Kara. Thank you for question. This unit comes with a soap applicator and not a foam cannon. The main difference being that a Foam Cannon applies a thicker layer of detergent onto the surface, while the Soap Applicator applies a thinner layer of detergent onto the surface. You want to ensure the detergent used in the soap applicator is diluted correctly according to the solutions instruction, or 10 parts water to 1 parts detergent. Yes, all threaded connections on Greenworks pressure washers are an M22 14mm fittings and our units use ¼” quick connect nozzles. We hope this helped!

Worked for 20 minutes and quick connect is made from cheap plastic and snapped on me after first use when Ryobi and other brands have brass or metal quick connects for there portable pressure washers do not buy waste of time and money

Tried this out for its first use cleaning off a bird feeder and I took about 3 steps and the lawn hose tugged at the attachment on the power cleaner and the attachment broke off. You cannot simply replace the attachment because it is hard-built into the power cleaner. I had been using it for only about 5 minutes. The only reasons I'm not returning it is because it was on clearance for $44 and came with a 24v 4ah battery, which alone costs about $100, and it works with my Greenworks 6" pruning chainsaw (which has worked great so far after using it for over an hour). It also comes with a self syphining hose, which I might use on my next non-greenworks pressure washer, or hook it up to my chlorinator on my water filtration system. It also came with a nice wash sponge for cleaning cars, which I will also use separately. If it's dirt cheap and you need an extra battery, pick it up, but immediately throw the power cleaner away.

When the battery is inserted into the charger and the status LED blinks red, remove the battery from the charger for 1 minute, then reinsert. If the status LED blinks green, then the battery is properly charging. If the status LED is still blinking red, remove the battery and unplug the charger for 1 minute. After 1 minute, plug in the charger and reinsert the battery. If the status LED blinks green, then the battery is properly charging. If the status LED is still blinking red, then this likely indicates an issue with the battery or charger and will be taken care of by our team. I live on 12th floor of a condo bldg with hurricane rated shutters on my windows. Needed a way to clean inside side of shutters which are not accessible thru picture windows (2). The greenworks power cleaner provided enough cleaner and distance of spray to completely remove dirt and debris which settles on inside surface. Since I don’t want to drag a water hose across my floors, I used a 5 gallon bucket of water. Did a great job.

I like that I can hook it up to a hose or carry a bucket and really control how much water I use. The amount of water saved using this is a huge plus. The 4Ah battery has been enough for the jobs I’ve been doing. This isn’t powerful enough to efficiently clean your concrete, but it’s been perfect for cleaning outdoor furniture, plastic sheds, and wash vehicles.

I've had this for almost a year now. The extension rod didn't hold up well and I tried to find a replacement, usually power washers you can buy replacement nozzles and wands. I contacted customer service since I didn't see a replacement online. They said they do not manufacture replacement rods. That's very unfortunate because I'm not able to use it anymore. I expected it to last longer than it did.

I've used this a few times since I got this. I have 1 very minor complaint. But overall it's very convenient and handy. I love that it runs on a battery and you can use it anywhere. And for being portable it has a surprising amount of pressure. At least with the smaller nozzles. This isn't for heavy duty jobs. More so for "hard to reach" jobs where you can't get a hose or an extension cord. Of which there are more than you realize when you buy a big/bulky hard to move around pressure washer. My one minor complaint is I wish the filter at the end of the hose was weighted. I find it often floats to the top of the bucket of water it's in. I could buy a bigger bucket I suppose but I feel like adding some weight to that filter would go a long way.

This power cleaner is a big step down in power from the plug-in model I used previously but the easier setup means it is used more often. The battery lasts a good while and charges quickly. I am able to wash 1/2 of our 2100 square foot home on one charge. For this purpose, the washer works as well as the larger plug-in. The easier set-up means that I am able to use it for smaller tasks that did not warrant the hassle of setting up the plug-in.

I was in search of a power washer that was strong enough to attached dirt, maybe a light staining but still gentle enough to not damage the surface. Turns out, this was really not that powerful and was perfect for what I was looking for. I believe, as I was advised, anything stronger could damage a new vehicle's paint. This worked out as I use it to wash our vehicles and also our outdoor furnitures and playground. Additionally, it comes with an adaptor for different spray angles/options. I have a line of products from this manufacturer and really like that their batteries can be used along a number of equipment as long as it is the same voltage. I cannot recommend this model if you are looking to wash the exterior of your home or anything similar as it is really not powerful enough.

It is not the most powerful power washer, however, it more than makes up for it with its ease of setup, versatility and ease of use. I love that I can keep it in my car and fill a 5 gallon bucket with water and clean anywhere I wish. No longer do I have to find a power outlet or water spigot! Great for smaller jobs or a quick clean of the car!

I am loving my new 24V 600-PSI cordless power cleaner. The siphon hose is so convenient down at my boat dock where I do not have a hose bib. I can easily pull water from the lake to wash down the boat and dock after a day on the lake. The 600-PSI provides plenty of power to wash things down and the 5-1 nozzle allows you to adjust the spray to the right pressure, so not to damage the items. I highly recommend this item for anyone who likes to keep their boat and dock looking nice. Lake life is a lot easier now!
