Cute but states it's not for kids?

Instructions straight up say this is not a toy for decorative purpose only for adult use only keep out of reach of children. We bought it for a 5-year-old because he loves the movie for Christmas. There is an on and off button and it seems to work when you touch him. He sings and moves side to side. My husband absolutely loves him as that's one of his favorite movies too.
