With Grilled Chicken Breast Strips from Good & Gather™, it's a cinch to whip up a quick and tasty lunch or dinner. Fully cooked and ready to eat, this boneless, skinless chicken breast with rib meat comes in strips for easy use, and the meat comes from chickens raised without antibiotics and no added hormones or steroids.* Simply pair with romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, diced cucumber and feta cheese for a satisfying Greek salad, or layer on top of bread with barbecue sauce, sliced red onion and shredded gouda and heat under the broiler for an open-face barbecue chicken sandwich that's sure to please. *Federal Regulations prohibit the use of added hormones or steroids in chicken.
Directions:
Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
Stovetop
1. Place about half package of frozen chicken strips and 2 Tbsp. water in a large nonstick skillet; cover.
2. Heat on MEDIUM-HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes.
3. Remove cover and heat 1 to 2 minutes longer or until heated through.
Microwave
1. Arrange about 1 cup frozen chicken strips in a circle on microwave-safe plate.
2. Microwave uncovered on MEDIUM (50% POWER) for 2 minutes.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute longer or until heated through.
4. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Caution: plate may be hot.
Oven
1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Arrange chicken strips in single layer on baking sheet.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
Appliances may vary; adjust accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately."

Had turkey mixed in??
This was just terrible, I usually don’t return food. But in this economy I will not let terrible food purchases get over. My usual Tyson grilled was sold out, I figured this should be ok. Wronggg! Tell me why it Turkey mixed up with it? Like how? And this bag is 20oz and tyson is 22oz. Nope, I had to return it. Did not work for my taco bowels.

I bought this on sale and seriously it’s the best pre cooked “grilled” chicken I’ve ever had!! It’s not a lot of meat for the price but it’s so easy. It was a day before expiring when I bought, so I have some in the freezer and it cooked just fine after being frozen. I wasn’t expecting to like it but I do, it doesn’t have that “weird chicken” taste that often comes with precooked chicken products!!

Fantastic add-in for high protein meals
I have been buying these for about a year now, and I will not go with another option for quick grilled chicken breast strips for my lunches. They are packed with flavor, great macro nutrient ratios, and are fairly affordable options in comparison to other quick options. Microwaving for 2 minutes is all you need to do, and you have grilled chicken that can be used as a topper over rice or with a salad. I have been making these with white rice for my meals as a low-calorie option. These are fantastic options if you are looking for a quick meal, and I only wish that there were more chicken provided. While it states that it contains four servings, I find that these are best served with two meals in mind, as they can easily be consumed if you only follow the four servings. However, over two meals still makes these a fairly affordable option (~$3.50 per meal) and a great option for a quick and good meal.

Too much fat
I had high hopes for this chicken to use in my son’s lunches, but there is so much fat on the pieces. I think I threw at least 1/2 the package away vs what was useable. On the useable pieces I still had a cut a top layer of fat. It’s not even skin being cut off. Dissapointed
