4 screws are missing in the package. Called the customer service. They said that in 3 business days there would be replied. After 3 business days, no one has reached out. Got online to check, the only options are refund or replace, both need to send the whole cabinet back.

Black arch cabinet
I love the look of this piece of furniture ~ the base went together very easily but the arch too did not ~ the three pieces of the arch top were not the same size so they did not go together smoothly, and we had to use a saw and trim one of the pieces so that it would all fit together… Also, there is a gap between the two bottom doors that we have to do something about. it’s a good thing. My husband is really good with all this kind of stuff and he was able to take care of it pretty easily.

Sturdy, easy assembly, and so cute
A little on the pricier side but feels pretty sturdy. I got one full price a little over a year ago and now I got one on sale for cyber Monday. The new one has different handles though, the old ones are shiny and the new ones have an aged look. Very easy to put together, you just need some space since you have to take all of the pieces out. Took me about 1.25hrs to assemble, you only need a screwdriver. Taking one star off because of the different handles and because the predrilled holes for the door hinges on one side are a little off and prevent the door from being vertically centered.

This bookcase is amazing! I’m using it in my living room as a mini bar and it’s perfect so I can have more space in my small kitchen. The details are beautiful and looks more expensive that it is. I bought on cyber Monday and got extra discounts from the original price . Ended up being like $330. Totally worth it and easy to put together by myself 🙂 all the pieces came undamaged and perfect ! Was so excited for the style, but wow. The quality was so subpar for what I expected from this brand. The screws were so flimsy, one snapped from one turn of a screw driver! There is misalignment that would drive anyone crazy, and definitely takes away from the higher end look we were going for. Directions to assemble were also very hard to follow for someone who isn’t regularly using tools/assembling furniture. Overall, the look is still what I was going for, so we’re buying our own hard ware/new screws in hopes we can keep it together since I got it on sale for Black Friday & had a gift card, so I did not pay full price. DO NOT PAY FULL PRICE. Not worth $500.

I am so happy with this purchase after being very nervous that they would arrive and look / feel too cheap and I would have to return 4 of these heavy boxes. But no, they are beautiful and I get compliments all day long from my clients. We all agree that they look high-end. Assembly took 2 of us and wasn’t difficult. No parts were missing and I was sure to the read past reviews, one which gave details and pointers on assembly. We ordered 4 units- the first took 2 hours and the remaining took one hour each. I never leave reviews but it felt worth it to share this experience, as I was expecting disappointment and very much surprised!

Dissappointed. I thought they would be better quality.
We purchased 2 of the black book cases. Some of the pieces were missing the pre drilled holes, one of the springs in the hinges was broken, also they are not soft close and do slam, the fluting has big chunks of glue between that you can see, there were numerous chips on the fluted panel and the main bookcase that I had to color in with a sharpie, the anti tip straps are placed in a spot that you see when they are attached, I want to take these back but my husband won’t disassemble them so that I can. They do look good from far away.

This piece is nice and looks good in person. However, it came to me missing 5 parts (the ones to assemble the arch and magnet close for the cabinet - important!). I contacted customer service and the manufacturer can’t provide them (lead time of 8+ weeks). Target doesn’t know when it’ll be back in stock. My only option is to hope a full cabinet comes in stock sooner than later or return to the store. Huge downer.
