They do help littles poop
Ok I can’t speak to the health claims, but they did help my kids poop. My 3 year old was not pooping in the potty, but after this she sat down and pooped a few great poops and then the light switched in her brain and she started pooping in the potty consistently. Because of this, I try not to do it the same day we are going out because it sometimes kicks in quickly. My son says the whole pack makes his tummy hurt, but when I give him just 2-3 bears he is fine.
