Now you can make your own flour tortillas. Guerrero kneads the dough and forms the tortillas, and you do the rest!
Tortillas may be heated on a skillet or electric griddle. For best results, preheat skillet for approximately 3 minutes on High heat. Place tortillas on skillet and heat for 15 seconds. (The side facing up will become white and less translucent.) Flip and heat another 15 seconds. Flip a third time for 10 seconds. Time can be adjusted to the desired level of doneness. (Tortillas will be white when cooked and will become slightly translucent after they are removed from the skillet.) Serve warm. Refrigerate after purchase.
