We had success!
I see a few reviewers having issue with dissolving and white chocolate flavor. We didn’t have that problem. I did add more 1/2 & 1/2 than the directions state to mellow the flavor. I started with recommended amount and then heated up a little more just to mellow out the flavor and melt the last bit of vanilla bark, worked well. We had these last year and worked just as well. I’m not a white chocolate person but when I tested temp for kids, tasted like all the other white chocolate beverages I’ve accidentally received from coffee shops. It’s not superb quality but keep in mind it’s an affordable specialty treat that is cute and tastes better than “fine”. The 1/2 & 1/2 may have added that extra creamy richness that some reviewers are be looking for??

Don't Buy waste of money
The product's dissolution characteristics deviate from the visual representation, as the purple mica disperses without fully dissolving. The flavor profile leans towards vanilla frosting, rather than the intended white chocolate.

Hot Drink Bomb Would Not Melt
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We followed the directions and our milk kept curdling when heating, but it was probably bc it was organic whole milk. So we switched to oat milk which worked. The milk was steaming when pouring into the mug with the drink bomb, however, we never got a normal coco bomb surprise, and it did a poor job of melting the chocolate. We ended up having to heat it even more in the microwave. It's very sweet, but is very delicious. I received an incentive to write this review.

Cute idea poorly executed
In the package, this is a gorgeous little gift. In execution, not so much. The fancy people dust on the outside does not dissolve and ends up big chunks of purple floating on top of your cocoa. There are 3 regular small marshmallows inside the crystal ball (as opposed to the standard mini marshmallows you'd get in a hot cocoa packet) the inside has a clump of food coloring powder color. Mine was green, it looked kind of gross. As for the taste, pure sugar. Not much white chocolate flavor at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Color Surprise Crystal Ball Hot Chocolate Bomb is so cute. It is white chocolate and tastes good. The color surprise was a bit lackluster but my kids still enjoyed it. The shape of the crystal ball makes it festive and fun. The instructions are easy to follow and the price is average. Overall, this will make a tasty drink and is a fun drink for kids. I just wish it had more color. I received an incentive to write this review.

Spooky fun for a chocolate drink lovers

Yummy and fun, hot chocolate bomb
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter had such a fun time with his hot chocolate bomb. She loved the crystal ball design of it and thought it was really cute. She did not love that it dyed your fingers purple when you touched it, though once we added the water it opened up relatively quickly , changing the liquid to a variety of different colors before settling on a sparkly white chocolate. She also the Coco to be quite delicious. I received an incentive to write this review.

Won't turn out as pictured
The flavor is fine it’s just like white chocolate and the bomb is really cute and Instagram worthy. Would look really cool on a hot cocoa bar. The one star is because it shows a picture of the hot cocoa having different colors. I thought maybe as the chocolate bomb melted the hot cocoa would turn into different colors. It does not look like that at all. I attached pictures of what you get. Lol it’s fine, it tastes fine like white hot chocolate but nothing special.
