Didn’t realize these contained gelatin based on the look of the product. However marshmallows inside. Wish they had a vegetarian one for my kiddo who doesn’t eat animals. Sharing in case anyone else gets caught off guard too.

I bought these for a Halloween basket, but based on the negative reviews I wanted to try it myself before gifting it. I won’t be purchasing these again. The flavor isn’t great and to me the color looked abnormal- so I took a look at the ingredients and they contain yellow 5+6 lake, which explained a lot. One pumpkin made it difficult to taste anything so I added another. I was curious so I opened it and it’s basically just marshmallow inside and the chocolate part is the orange pumpkin. I’ve seen better at a similar price. Another thing was the texture and look of the hot chocolate. I had no issue dissolving the pumpkin, but it seems to be oily? I’ve never seen that with the hot chocolates I’ve used, with the same milk and same mug. The pumpkins are also small and the marshmallows were gone in 5 seconds. I would put these $5 into a Halloween themed hot chocolate set or better hot chocolate bombs that contain marshmallows AND hot chocolate powder inside to make the taste better.

We paired these with a hot choloclate mix and they were awesome. Otherwise they are just white chocolate with mini marshmallows.

This was terrible and disgusting. Flavor was gross and the color orange was not normal.

These taste awful. I actually gagged. Totally a chemical taste and not like hot chocolate. Disappointed because we bought several boxes. Won’t be using them.

The back side is not filled in with white chocolate. The marshmallows fall out before you even get it in the drink. I do not recommend.

Wow are these tasty!!! They melt pretty quickly which is great so you don’t have to wait too long for your yummy beverage. My kids really got a kick of of the pumpkin shape. Taste much different than normal hot chocolate

Fun idea but it leaves you wanting more. When you drop it into the warm milk you're expecting it to melt and leave you with an orange hot chocolate but you get a tinted milk and the wish that there were sprinkles or marshmallows or something inside to float on top.

This is such a cool idea to add for hot chocolate. You just get the milk n make the hot chocolate while its still hot you drop in this lil bomb and it starts opening and releases marshmallows the kids loved it

I got these for my son to have with Halloween cookies and he said it was horrible.

I'm not a big cocoa bomb person to begin with but I love hot cocoa especially in the fall. These cocoa bombs don't really do it for me. First it's white chocolate so it make the drink tase more like sweetened milk. Also, the almost fluorescent orange color the drink gets is a little off putting for me personally. It is a fun idea but I wish it would have been with real chocolate and maybe used edible paint on the outside.

This is my first time having a hot Cocoa bomb and my goodness are they delicious. I love how easy these are to use. You just warm up some milk and once you put one in your cup it pretty much does all the work for you. My little ones absolutely love these. The taste is amazing. You can definitely taste the white chocolate. I also like that it was sweet but not overly sweet. The little marshmallows are the perfect addition to these. I am definitely purchasing a bunch of these for my Halloween party. This is so perfect for kids and adults. I highly recommend this product.

These little hot cocoa pumpkins are so adorable and such a fun idea. My girls were very excited to try them! We followed the directions exactly but they didn’t really work. I’m not sure if the chocolate shell is just a little too think or what but the pumpkin never melted. The milk I used was boiling before I poured it over the little guy.. I ended up having to stir it into the milk and what I got was a spoon full of chocolate. After a while longer of scraping and stirring we had a fun orange colored hot cocoa.. the marshmallows had long since melted.. but the taste was pretty good.

Cute but anticlimactic and messy. The chocolate just turned to sludge.

White chocolate wouldn't be my first choice, but the taste of the white chocolate was decent. The amount and size of marshmallows was super disappointing and the marshmallow explosion never happened. It was underwhelming and just sad.

Was a fun thing to do with my son! Didn’t taste amazing by any means. But— -one of the pumpkins had a hair “cooked” into it. Gross. Gag. 🤢🥴

While cute and fun, Favorite Day Halloween White Fudge Hot Cocoa Bomb does not create an exceptional cup of hot cocoa. My daughter and I enjoyed the process of watching mini marshmallow "pumpkin seeds" appear as the outer shell of the pumpkin dissolved and the milk turned orange. However, the cocoa itself is less than a cup (directions call for 3/4 cup of milk) and overly sweet in my opinion. My daughter said it did taste like white chocolate, which tends to be sweet, though. We may try adding more milk to cut the sweetness on our next try.

Fascinating product. I’ve never thought of a fall hot cocoa bomb. I associate those with peppermint more than anything else. I appreciate the idea and imagine others who love white chocolate will dig it. I received this product for free for my unbiased opinion.

Flavor was so so. We've tried so many of these that were better. Not awful by any means.
