Hamilton Beach Roaster Oven 22qt 32215G: Slow Cooker & Turkey Roaster, 1450W, Dishwasher-Safe Parts, Black

3 hour for turkey took 5 hours and & was still not done. Easter Sunday 3 hours 275 for pre cooked pork butt, was still 50 degrees below being done! This is the only 2 times I used it since receiving it in November 2024. Have followed all instructions before first use and after.

I love that it holds up to a 26lbs Turkey, which definitely comes in handy during Thanksgiving as it frees up my oven for other sides and desserts! It has adjustable temperature that allows you to cook a variety of one pot oven meals. It comes with a metal rack for the bottom, allowing heat afloair to flow under your whatever your cooking and it keeps the skin under a Turkey crispy! It's super easy to clean as the whole insert comes out. I absolutely love the quality of the roaster along with the design.

I can put 3 whole chickens in to cook for a couple or hours. After deboning it helps me to have meals prepared throughout the week. Its even good for big soups or gumbo! Its very easy to clean and like always, our Hamilton Beach products hold up so long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this 22 quart roaster,the large capacity that will hold up to a 28 lb turkey and how fast that it will heat up with just the turn of a knob and this roaster works just as well as my kitchen oven and it takes up less space and it is easy to wash and best part of all my turkey turned out well without it being dry it was juicy and very tender and everyone said that it was delicious.this roaster will definitely help with all of my roasting needs and I love it and highly recommend it.

This roaster is BIG, so big in fact I cooked a 22 lb. turkey in it with absolutely no issues. I was totally blown away as to how good and fast this roaster did the job. It was so good, it has literally put my oven out of business. The outside was nice and brown while the inside was juicy.

It is very large and can hold large amounts of food. I have used it to make hams, whole chickens, and a casserole. Everything turns out just perfect. This roaster is very large and does take up much counter space but it's worth it. It is like having an extra oven. I like the silver color of it as it matches my other appliances. I'm looking forward to using this often.

We do a lot of big meals for our family and our small businesses and this is perfect! I love that I can fit one whole dish in this instead of using a bunch of smaller cookers. The stainless steel and black look matches my kitchen. It is easy to use and has the temperature knob on the front which is much better than just low/high. I definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my mom and aunt had one of these and loved them. I have to say I wish I would have gotten one sooner. It is large enough to hold a 9 x13 pan. It bakes beautifully. The temperature is true to the label. I like that I can easily do 3 loaves of bread at once. With rack it is easy to add water for steaming the bread. I was surprised to see my that my baguette pan fit perfectly. The pan comes out for easy cleaning. It is perfect to cook broth for hours . The size is great being able to cook quantities. My mom used hers to cook a huge batch of chili to serve a crowd. You can roast a 28 lb turkey or do like me and do a couple of chickens. One thing that is important to me is now I can bake using electricity instead of my propane range. Much safer and really saves money. Also, my house doesn't get over heated like it does when using my range. There are 2 downsides but they are not enough to take away a point. The first is the cord. It is only 24 inches long. I live in a 100 year old house so I don't have a lot of plugs that work for it. I realize that is a required safety feature but I still don't like it. The second downside is important to note. The sides of the roaster get VERY hot. If you have kids make sure they don't touch it while it is on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roaster is large! I recently coked a pit ham in my very old 18 Qt roaster and had to cut off some of the ham due to it not fitting. It WILL fit now! I haven't cooked any large items in it yet but I have cooked a mac and cheese casserole in it and it cooks well. It holds the heat well and keeps the proper temperature. It was well packed in the carton and secure so no damage at all. It is also a very nice looing appliance with the stainless steel and black coloring. One nit to pick. I wish it had a light, like my old roaster pan had, to show it is on/heating. Other than that I have no problems with it at all. All in all a great addition to our kitchen or anywhere else we may want to use it as it is portable. Glad to own it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Electric Roaster Oven is much larger than I expected. It takes a great deal of counter space. However it cooks beautifully and allows you to be able to prepare other items in your oven. Another plus is you will not heat up your house by using this. The base does get warm to the touch so be careful while handling it.

Well let me say, this Electric Roaster Oven 22 Quarts, Stainless Steel is perfect. I can do small meals, big meals, and even huge holiday meals. I loved the taste of everything I have made in it. Very easy cleaning. Super easy to use too. Now I just need to find more recipes.

I've used one of your roasters for my turkeys for years. i recently purchased a new one but after i used it, i noticed the paint chipping on both the roasting pan and the base.

Love this roaster oven for making pigs in the blanket, Sausage, kielbosi & sourcraut. so many other foods and great for holidays/parties!

I can see great possibilities using this roaster. I followed directions to pre-heat it to get rid of odors. Yes, there were factory smells but they disappeared. I let the roaster heat up for 45 minutes at the highest (450) setting. When I used the heat scanner on my thermometer the highest it read was 396 degrees. It never came close to the 450 degrees listed on the box. And I had the scanner an inch above the inside base. Not a deal breaker for me as I rarely bake that hot.
